The cashier had a really terrible attitude for no apparent reason. It seemed like she genuinely disliked her job.

One bowl of salmon comes with 3 oz and a whole 2 cups of rice in it. It is a waste of money. Super expensive. Floor was really sticky and dirty as well.

The service was quick and the food tasted quite good. If you're looking for a healthier option for lunch or dinner, this is the place to go. I rated it 4 stars because I ordered brown rice on two occasions, and both times it seemed like it could have used a little more cooking time. View menu

Great customer service ? the woman at the counter took time to explain how the menu is since it was my first time there, she was so kind and very helpful. The restaurant was so clean and cool inside since it was a extremely hot day out. Definitely will return and recommend this location.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but the customer service could use significant improvement. I went there to pick up a dinner for my wife and me, and the woman at the front was quite rude. She seemed to lack basic courtesy, which made the experience less enjoyable. It’s possible she’s not very happy in her role.

Be sure to double-check your order before you leave. I got home only to find that my main dish was missing. When I went back to speak with the owner, there was no offer of compensation for my trouble. Additionally, even if they’re busy when you call to place an order, they will take the phone off the hook. The food is consistently good since it's WaBa Grill. However, the cashier, a girl named Melissa with red hair, could use some improvement in her attentiveness. It took her quite a while to assist me on two occasions (I added something to my order later), and her attitude wasn't the best. On the second visit, she even had her back to the register, texting for a minute, until the cook had to come over to remind her of my presence. It is what it is, I suppose.

This is the most stingy branch I?ve ever been to, I eat waba almost every day for lunch wherever my job is at and buy it for my guys. I come here and order my regular, almost no jalapeños, very little avocado, I requested hot sauce again and they gave me 1. That made 3 total for the two bowls. Requested the dumpling hot sauce which I really enjoy and they charge for that. If you truly enjoy waba don?t come here. It?ll leave a very bad taste in you mouth. You?re probably better off at McDonald?s

My girlfriend and I stopped by here after going to Home Depot. She really like their Salmon Veggie Bowl and has been craving it for a while. So when we were at Home Depot I told her to call and place our orders so it would be quicker for us. I got the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. They weren't really busy and dine-in is closed due to covid. They also had a notice that they won't have any coins because of the shortage and that mask is required. We didn't have to wait long when we went in to pay for our food.
