"What a delicious Italian meal! After visiting the Topsey Exotic Ranch and Park, the family and I stopped by Giovanni's for an early supper. They have a beautiful patio, in addition to an elegant dining room. We decided to sit on the patio and enjoy the gorgeous afternoon. We started with drinks... Mine was an Italian margarita- fantastic! My husband ordered the artichoke dip. We all dug in before I could a get a picture, but it was fabulous!! My dinner came with the Tuscany Soup and I ate it all up with one of the small loaves of fresh baked bread. It was better than the Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana and breadsticks!! Then my meal came... Chicken Parmigiana. This, too, was incredibly delicious, but I had to take half of it home as I was so full from the soup, artichoke dip, and bread. I was delightfully stuffed!! But, I am certainly looking forward to leftovers tomorrow!! And not to forget our server, Kayleigh!! She was on top of it!! And we especially appreciated how sweet and helpful she was!! For my husband, she recommended the tomato basil house dressing for his salad, and it was perfect! (He usually gets ranch dressing!! But I'm glad he branched out on this one!! If and when we make it through Copperas Cove again, we'll be sure to stop at Giovanni's for another awesome Italian meal!!"

"I ordered a #2 Pork ribs, Chicken katsu, double rice, double mac. I think if you want a decent amount of food for a reasonable price, this is the place to go : . Having said that, this is the second time I?ve eaten here, but I don?t think I?ll return for a third. The ?banana lumpia? was mostly wrapper but still cost $1.50 a piece. The mac salad was very al dente this time around I don?t know if that?s just how they make it here now, but it was disappointing. I?ve been very nostalgic for home and the mac salad just made me feel even more aware that I?m not in HI anymore. Maybe I seem dramatic, but for me, the mac salad is the cornerstone of a good plate lunch lol! I do realize not everyone makes mac salad the same or has the same preferences... Otherwise, this place usually has a very friendly staff and a clean facility, as far as I can tell."

"Upon entering, I saw one gentleman in front of me getting his sandwich made, and another customer came in behind me. We both waited patiently; at least the guy behind me seemed to be patient, just as I was. The man in front received his sandwich, paid, and sat down to eat. Then, the young employee (I hesitate to call him a boy; he seemed quite young) walked to the front of the counter just as I was getting ready to place my order. He mumbled something about the system being down and informed us that it would be 25 minutes before he could take any more orders. I was taken aback, and the guy behind me asked if he could pay for his sandwich now so it would be ready in 25 minutes. The employee fumbled and wasn’t sure if that was even possible, mumbling something about needing to check with his boss. I repeated what he had said, confirming that it would be a 25-minute wait. The other customer, visibly frustrated, decided to leave, and I followed suit. I’ve never experienced anything like this at either location before, which has me wondering what’s going on. I plan to look into this "system" issue and will post again once I find out more about it."

"Food at Harker Heights location is put together better but food is good here too. Employee with rainbow belt taking care of dining area was friendly and helpful. Behind the register was just okay but atleast not rude. Ordered croissant sandwich. Bread was slightly over toasted (picture). Several ingredients left off so I had to go back and ask for them. Avacado had dark spots (picture). I love McAlisters flavored lemonade and teas. The Sugar Plum sweet tea is delicious!"

"I got a pizza yesterday it was horrible, no sauce and hardly any cheese. Crust tasted burnt and my kids didn't even want it. I put it in a zip lock bag and throw it in the fridge. I used to order from them a lot when I stayed in cove, but I stay in killeen now and was to far to drive it back to them. Waste of $16. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner"
