"Will not be eating here again in my hash browns was a long piece of hair that was embedded in the cheese with the hashbrowns i pulled it out with complete anger and discuss i threw it away immediately. I was so upset soon as I seen the hair I took my phone out and took pictures of it I tried calling them and as you know they aren't reachable by phone. This wouldn't be an issue if they wore hair nets or just kept the kitchen clean, very unprofessional and the environment shows it."

My waitress was AWESOME! It was her wedding anniversary, but she was still at work with a smile. My grits were lumpy, but not her fault.

They charge a fee for packaging but put the butter inside the hot waffle container, which melts and ruins the butter and always forget the syrup which makes the waffle inedible. Pretty surreal stuff View menu

Time to detail those napkin caddies detail the frames around the windows. Kinda gross to look at while you eat. Be careful not to need a napkin, wasn't ready to roll the dice on whatever was smeared around the opening of the tabletop napkin dispenser. Service isn't personable at all.

"First and last time ordering. The service is polite and prompt. Food is subpar. I ordered teriyaki chicken and Mongolian beef. Let me explain that there are two teriyaki chicken's. Teriyaki chicken(pic provided) OR Chicken Teriyaki on a stick(pictured by another yelper). The teriyaki chicken is best described as grilled chicken that was lightly breaded and had a yellowish color(possibly fried because the breading was crispy). The chicken teriyaki on a stick is the typical American Chinese teriyaki chicken that most expect to get when ordering teriyaki chicken. No one explained this to me over the phone, there were no pictures and the dining room is closed so I couldn't even see the pictures on the inside to verify. The chicken was tossed with scallions and white onions with a brothy liquid that was light brown. It looked more like curry chicken to me, and I've never had teriyaki mixed with white onions and scallions. Husband liked the flavor, the kids did not. I was not thrilled because I thought I was ordering something grilled. Moving onto the Mongolian beef...upon opening the smell was pleasant. It looked like typical Mongolian beef initially mixed with scallions.....wait bell peppers? White onions?? Upon trying the Mongolian beef, the meat was chewy and the only real flavor I tasted was overpowering onion and spiciness I didn't taste the normal sweetish/Chile blend of Mongolian beef. It's supposed to be made with flank steak and I honestly think that either it wasn't mAde with flank steak or the quality of meat was extremely low. Finally, Mongolian beef did not come with the expected crispy white celephane noodles-but a medium bag of stale wonton strips. Lastly, I ordered a small egg drop soup. What I got was. Gelatinous mix with the egg in it, like sweet and sour sauce when it gets cold and thickens. I couldn't eat it. I read some good reviews from people so I gave it a chance, but I feel like part of this could have been prevented if they explained the menu stuff over the phone. Two stars because pleasant service and my husband liked it. I'm bummed it wasn't better because we would have become regulars."
