"It wasn’t about the seating availability; it was about the fact that we were clearly next and deserved to be recognized for our time spent waiting. When the hostess returned, she said, "Oh, actually, let us first clean up a table for you guys," which meant we had to wait even longer. This really tarnished our experience. We eventually ordered our food and started eating. The server attempted to apologize for the hostess's behavior. Later, the hostess came to our table to let us know she had given us a discount and offered her "apology" for our experience. However, she provided an excuse saying it was difficult to keep track because there were too many people coming in. I didn’t find this excuse helpful; it was clear we were first in line, and she had been informed. I hope they can improve their seating system, perhaps by implementing a check-in process or taking names, to ensure they can keep track of the order more effectively."

First time coming in on Thursdsy. Breakfast was delicious, the waffles were so fluffy and good. Loved the berries and whipped cream.

I had the best waffle I've ever tasted at this place! The blueberry lemon waffle was absolutely to die for. The restaurant has a classic diner vibe – it's clean, and the service was decent. However, the waffle alone made the stop (and the calories) completely worth it!

I love the California scramble (minus chicken), especially that I can taste the delicious Beechers cheese. The Southern waffle is a great option for a side, and I also love that I can get an espresso drink with my meal. One of the best places from which to order breakfast. View menu

I got the chicken and eggs plate. The chicken was described as spicy, Nashville numb to be exact. It was indeed quite flavorful, but not spicy at all, neither was the habanero sauce i got on the side. There was a very thick gravy on top. I wasn't a fan. The corse black pepper was a bit much to be biting into. It really was a great plate of food, and well priced, and presented. It just wasn't what I was expecting when I ordered a spicy meal.

Kinda small store front so you gotta look for it but very clean friendly even rhe restrooms were nice and both had changing tables for little ones. Great portion size. Been here 3 times since my wife brought us here 2 yes ago. Its a 30 min drive for me but i just took my mother out the other day just to take her out and she loves breakfast food. She was the only one without leftovers and shes super picky. Great selection of waffles styles and toppings. Not just the same waffle coated differently you can choose exactly what style you want im picky myself and ive never sent anything back. Just wish there was one closer.

"Great restaurant with good food and service. Staff was very accommodating though we did not have a reservation on a Friday night. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. Loved the lamb shanks this is a must have. Halibut was also very tasty. One feedback on the roasted calamari is the spices were a bit overpowering, which did not do justice to the amazing sauce with garlic and parsley. The dessert menu is excellent and well thought in conjunction with the rest of the menu. The bourbon chocolate cake is with rich dark chocolate I absolutely loved the sticky texture and how the whipped cream complemented it. I suggest you get the cream on the side to adjust the balance to your liking. One other thing I recomend is the house limoncello with the bourbon chocolate cake as it helps to ease the intense (but very pleasant) chocolate flavor with every two to three spoons. The culinary experience was very satisfactory. In terms of price, be prepared to pay about $80 per person including the tip. I think this price is worth it especially on special occasions. By the way, I really appreciated the disclosure at the bottom of the menu with regular font size (rather than the small print most restaurants do) regarding the 20% tip policy. Furthermore, the communication that 70% of the tip going directly to our server while the remaining 30% going to their welfare expenses was transparecy at its best. I think other restaurants should take Primo as a role model in terms of how tipping policy works and should be communicated to the patrons. Well done Primo! I hope to see you soon thank you for a wonderful evening Parking: It was a bit hard to find a spot."
