As for parking, the location in Hatfield, Massachusetts, is excellent. It’s easy to locate, just off the highway, and you can enjoy a nice view of the sunset in the evenings. Overall, I highly recommend it for a delightful dinner experience!

I had dinner there earlier tonight for my birthday. Service was top notch as usual and I had the duck, which was a special this evening, and it was phenomenal. Fantastic food, exceptional service, and a romantic ambiance make this restaurant a standout. We recently visited for the vegetarian mushroom tasting and were truly impressed by the chef's imaginative and delicious use of local mushrooms. The staff was, as always, outstanding. This is some of the finest cuisine in the valley, making it the ideal choice for a date night.

My new favorite restaurant! Went to Waxwing for the first time tonight. We shared the oysters, green salad, pasta Bolognese and Fluke special, chocolate torte, butterscotch pot de creme Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. Great craft cocktail options and wine. The atmosphere was very intimate, the music was great, the service was exceptional. Did I say the service was exceptional? The energy and excitement and creativity of the staff at Waxwing cannot be contained!! This buzz is naturally reflected in patrons visiting the restaurant, so be prepared for quite the hubbub in the main room- not a place for a quiet romantic gathering. That said, I love Waxwing: the creativity in food prep is superlative, as well as the kitchen staff 's attention to detail. Yum to the 10th degree! Wow!!! I almost feel guilty writing this review because the food is SO GOOD that I'm worried it will become so popular that getting a reservation will be nearly impossible! As a very particular French guy dining with friends from Switzerland and Los Angeles, I can confidently say that everyone at our table fell silent after the first bites of each dish due to how incredibly delicious they were (both vegetarian options and others)!
