I've visited this restaurant several times, and each time I've been greeted with warmth and friendliness. I've never had a negative experience here.

The sandwich was fine I guess. I don't understand why it's extra to put a pickle on the sandwich, but free on the side though. That's just weird. Not a ton of meat on my sandwich either, but it was enough I guess.

Their sandwiches are the best. I always get the BLT or the turkey and salami sandwiche. The one thing I wish they did make more consistent is the portions. Sometimes I get very light portions of meat and other times is a little better. But overall, it is very delicious. View menu

I love this place! They treat you like family here. A quality that is hard to find in the area now these days. The bread is amazing and the soups are delicious, my personal favorite's is Clam Chowder and my kids like Tomato Bisque . They are extremely fair for the price and quality in comparison to the other local food establishments. Must try !!

Good food, like really good food. I will come back to try more because the first choice was the gigantic burrito and I love it. The shrimp have me no worries and slept like a baby after it. Should have been a meal for tomorrow but finished half of it and could let stop. 5 of 5 for food. Small entrance so not really a place to hang out, that's my only gripe.

Here's a helpful tip from a fellow restaurant employee: it shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their entire order is in the bag before leaving. This is about maintaining standards and practices. If your goal is to improve the quality of your establishment, you need to deliver quality service to your customers. I don't know where this franchise has been hiding, but finally a great sandwich place in Elk Grove. This place is a level above subway or Togo's. They have great bread, great sandwiches, great soups, and the even have great cookies, and the staff isfriendly and quick. My wife and I grab a meal almost every week from one of these places in Elk Grove. Great job, thanks forbringing back the sandwich as a favorite meal!

I had a wonderful experience today that I feel compelled to share. I was having a rough day and was worried about being late for my daughter's picnic at school. I explained to the cashier that I was pressed for time, and to my surprise, she quickly expedited my order. I was out the door and on my way in just five minutes! Thanks to her efficiency, I made it to the picnic right on time. She truly turned my day around! I don't know the cashier's name, but I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to her. I was feeling down, and she made such a positive difference!

In a great location for a sandwich shop right next to a costco etc. Unfortunately, the service is incredibly bad, as one of the young Indian men (name starts with a V, all I could remember, I'm getting old) that works there has a very rude attitude, and an inability to handle the stress of a sandwich shop, which I can't decide if it is laughable or sad. The au jous sandwich was good, but the turkey tasted weird and the clam chowder was definitely old like old old. Another thing that was ridiculous was the tip options when you checkout...starting at 15-20%, and going up to unspeakable territory.
