I wanted a garlic parmesan combo with drink and they forgot my drink. I reordered the same thing and got my drink with also a garlic parmesan that's burnt and hard as a rock !!Unacceptable

The most disgusting food. I don't know who the owner is, but it was NASTY. Personally not recommend it not even 1% look at pictures??? Don't waste your money. Wings are size of humiliating birds. View menu

He waited thirty minutes for cold food. Six employees couldn't go on. Drinking mix was out, place smell like grass. Really terrible experience. Two of the staff were present in the lobby, but they were well-being. Food: 1/5

The girl at the register with the bright red lipstick is disgusting. Her behavior and physically. Never acknowledged people there and didn’t wash her hands not once after messing with the cash register and back to cooking. No gloves either. Nasty attitude.

Food wasn't delivered. Wingstop has claimed multiple times they would refund me and send a confirmation email. It has been 20 days and I have not received either one even after multiple phone calls. They're too busy fighting with DoorDash over who owes me the money. View menu

Ordered the Hawaiian and Garlic Parmesan bone in wings. Hawaiian was very good, but the Garlic Parmesan was the opposite. No taste of Garlic or Parmesan and they were old and dry. Dining area was good, but they need something to block the Sun. Employee was watching TV and was difficult to get her attention to order.Food: 3/5

Tried to call in my order at just before 8pm. On hold for 27 minutes on my way to the restaurant, eventually i make it to my destination, I walked in, still on hold to find not one but TWO people standing at the registers chatting and not taking orders. When the one girl asked if I was here for a pickup, I said, I would ve but I 've been on hold for 28 minutes... she replied, we shut the phones off cause we busy. To which I 'm like, yeah so busy you are literally just standing at the register with another person on another register just standing there. Absolutely the worst. There's never been a problem here before. First I called someone who doesn't know the menu. Then order a meal deal with boneless and a family package with bones that cost over 50 dollars. Come in to get my food and the workers are back and after a ripe are finally waiting out. No problem, took the order to eat home... first bite RAW CHICKEN and not only one piece it was almost all. I wanted to get an answer. When I was removed, the same girl answers. I'll tell her what happened and she says EWWWW. The manager calls me and he helps me. Good!
