"I don't know why I waited so long to try this place. It sounds simple but I love a good lo mein, and I've tried most places in town. Today was my first time here and it's already my favorite Asian restaurant in town. The guy working was super nice, their menu has plenty of good options without being overwhelming, and the food was surprisingly good. I know this sounds dumb, but when I opened my to go order it felt like they read my mind and knew exactly how I wanted it prepared. It was tofu lo mein, but they didn't cram it full of celery or some other garbage vegetable. It had perfectly cooked broccoli, carrots, zucchini, and onions, and the tofu wasn't a leathery soggy sponge like I've gotten at other places. The tofu pieces here were like tasty little pillows. He wasn't stingy with the sauce, the order came out quickly, and the portion was generous for the price. I know this seems like a lot of detail, but it was just a refreshing experience when it's hard for me to find a restaurant that hits all of the notes. I don't have a picture of the dish to share because I already ate it all. Get your own!"

Extremely friendly and inviting staff! The food was 100% the best Thai/Chinese I’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly and the plating was even beautiful! Love it. Will continue to dine here when we’re in town!

Great food, nice service, and very reasonable prices. The portion sizes have plenty of food!! You can also order boba here. Highly recommend. The seating area is a little small, so keep in mind is case they are busy.

We ordered family meals for our staff at work for employee appreciation. Each family meal comes with a general Tsos chicken, veggie lo mein, fried rice, and 8 egg rolls. The food was amazing, easily number 1 in Roanoke! I will be ordering from them again. View menu

Food was mediocre at best. I ordered teriyaki shrimp. The shrimp tasted like frozen shrimp overcooked in hot water. The sauce was just poured over the shrimp. The lo mein tasted like it was made in a dirty wok seemed charred. The veggies and the spring rolls and portions were good. Won’t reorder.

The portions are Gigantic, same types of food as a hibachi restaurant for 1/2 the price, staff was awesome! They have the same types of special fried rice and noodles as hibachi restaurants but they taste even better, everything is fresh cooked in the kitchen. Very authentic, highly recommend this.

I don't know why I was here so long. It was great! We were early, so it was quiet, with excellent fast service. The food was fabulous, I tried the baby chicken. Never had before and was not disappointed. The kitchen housed my picky hubs and he also enjoyed his meal thoroughly. They had some imported beer I hadn't tried before, quite delicious. View menu

I have eaten here twice. And have lived in the Roanoke area on and off for 15 years. I have had almost every single Chinese spot in Roanoke. I can insure you much better Chinese elsewhere does exist with same if not more portions for similar price. With that being said. Staff is very friendly and environment is nice and welcoming. Food not bad but I've had much better in multiple other spots.

As you walk in the door of this amazingly named restaurant, the delicious aromas permeate the air. The staff immediately says “welcome” while assisting you to your seat. The menu is small but powerful and you will have only one problem. What to choose. Some of the best food I have had in years. The soft shell fried crab is sublime and the Chinese dishes are huge and perfectly executed. I will give the the first 10/10 in Roanoke. Please visit and tell them Zoey and Joel sent you.
