"Cannot recommend this enough! It is been years since I was in East Tennessee and so my expectations weren't really high for Asian food after traveling extensively throughout Asia and the West Coast...However my best friend suggested this place and the two of us went. We ordered crab rangoon, the grouper soup, mushroom soup, and four sushi rolls.Wow. The crab rangoon was amazing which is saying something, usually it's just cream cheese but here it was delicious and flavorful and The wonton wrapping was crisp and hot. The soup was amazing flavorful and the sushi all tasted fresh and clean especially for being in a landlocked state!Try the Black Forest roll it was amazing!The only negative thing that happened was a table came in and sat next to us after we were about 30 minutes into our meal, and decided to start an argument and interject into a private conversation between two old friends with medical conditions.Let me just say the staff here was excellent at diffusing this Karen and also standing their ground in equitable treatment for both sides. Well this woman just seemed to be really intent on complaining and causing a scene while her husband who was obviously no stranger to her and this kind of behavior in public sat quietly. The staff all did their best to alleviate the situation and continue to make us feel welcome with that good old southern hospitality that I had been missing in the rest of the country. Afterwards we finished our meal they were closing and we had a wonderful evening. All in all I cannot speak highly enough about the waitress as well as the management staff.Mix that with excellent food, and you have a recipe for success!The prices, by the way, are excellent for the quality and presentation.All my best and I know my friend will be back in he usually goes pretty frequently and I will definitely return when I am back in Tennessee!Cheers!"

Ordered lunch to go. Took 20 minutes to prepare so order ahead is best. Great food and price for 3 rolls and 2 spring egg rolls on side. Shrimp Tempura and Hayden's high roller are a must try!!!! View menu

Yongs has the best Asian food in the area. Since discovering it we eat here every weekend and would eat here even more if they were open more. I hope it never changes or we are in trouble. The Chow Mee Hoon is amazing! I loved the buffet they use to have on Sunday and wish they still had it. Grace is our favorite server and is always so sweet and makes sure our food comes out exactly the way we like it. View menu

This is by far the best Asian food I have ever had. Everything u put in your mouth is wonderful. Unlike the other Asian restaurants I have been too. Yong Asian House dose not cut corners by serving you ingredients that should have been discarded a week ago. Every ingredient they use is completely fresh and high quality. They have the best generals chicken. It's actually made with pure white meet. With the other places you get a fatty piece of something that's dark meat. Overall if you want the best food in the Tri Cites check out Yong Asian House.

I ate at Yong's several months ago and remembered it being very good, so when my husband suggested Chinese for lunch, I suggested Yong's instead of our usual Chinese restaurant. Service is exceptional, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the food is amazing. My husband had the Seafood Delight and declared it delicious. I had the Almond Chicken and it was heaven on a plate. Portions are huge and could easily be shared even by folks who have a big appetite. It is pretty inexpensive for the quality and quantity of food you get. I will be back...maybe this week!
