"Got the volcano roll and Philadelphia roll last night. The volcano roll was good but something definitely tasted off about the Philadelphia roll. I’ve had raw fish and different kinds of sushi at other places so I’m sure it wasn’t my taste palette. Another point to mention is that I decided to give this place a try even after my experience from a few weeks ago. My friend and I drove 20 minutes from Joppa, arrived around 9:20 to place an order, and once we walked in the employee looked shocked and asked us to leave because they were closing, even though their hours are listed until 10pm. It would’ve been understandable if they specified they stop taking orders entirely at a different time. But if your website and google both specify 10pm, the time you close should be 10pm. Probably won’t be coming back, there’s better tasting sushi out there for better prices."

horrible service. we walked in the place at 9pm and we were yelled at and told to get take out because they closed in half an hour. there was plenty of time for us to eat in and when i thanked the woman at the register she didnt say anything.

I have literally had Chinese food from everywhere in harford county and Baltimore county I feel like. I love general tso, sesame chicken, Kung poa chicken, etc. I can honestly say this place is the best and sets the bar high. They use white meat chicken and it’s not all breading. It’s literally perfect every time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good high quality Chinese restaurant. View menu

I just ordered takeout from Zen16 today, and I'm already missing the in-person experience. This is my happy place in Bel Air; no other restaurant feels quite as welcoming. There’s always something on the menu that everyone in my group loves, and the quality of the food is outstanding. It's a night out that I always look forward to, whether it's just the parents or if we have the three kids with us as well.

Very expensive and rude. They charge higher than what is shown on the menu. When I asked why they said because they have so many old ones and they do not want to spend the money on new menus with the correct prices. Every conversation I had with the waiter, she would talk about me ordering only or just not coming into the restaurant. Then she added a 15% service fee to my bill that was not shown on my copy of my receipt. I would not recommend eating here.
