"I don’t know why this place has such low ratings, I was always a Starbucks girl converted to Dunkin because I lived in New England. I tried Starbucks again today and had the most pleasant experience. The Barista, Katie, treated me like an old friend. Gave you that recognition like you’re just family. That’s what a cup of coffee can bring you, a good conversation, laugh and a friend. Thank you Katie for showing what it means to have exemplary service and reminded me what coffee culture was all about."

"Consistent service at this restaurant! I ordered a simple Pike coffee on the app, but despite the straightforward order, it was not ready for pickup at the scheduled time of 10:15. The drive-thru was efficient and well-maintained, but by 10:26, there was still no black coffee for me, even though I had specified my preference to the barista. Unfortunately, this delay caused me to leave without my coffee, making me worry about being late for my 10:30 appointment. In most cases, a 15-minute window for a black coffee would be acceptable, but this was not the case at this particular location."

"We always enjoy visiting this location! The baristas are consistently friendly and prepare my drink just the way I like it. The place is kept clean and well-maintained, with everything well-stocked and in good working order. The staff genuinely seem happy to be there, and it shows, even during the hectic Christmas season! "I had to wait 35 minutes for my order. They handed me my sandwich right away, but I had to wait an additional 35 minutes for my drink. Who wants to eat a full sandwich without something to drink? By the time my refreshment finally arrived, my grilled cheese was cold, unappetizing, and soggy. It seems like hiring new staff could really help improve things. Working at Starbucks is similar to bartending; there are multiple ingredients to manage in a drink, and speed is essential. The staff behind the counter really lacked a sense of urgency. They should be moving quickly instead of dragging their feet with each order."

"I absolutely love this location! The only thing I would want to change is my experience with an employee named Haley. I visited on May 1, 2022, around 1 PM, and I noticed that she was quite rude to her coworkers. It was disappointing to see her rolling her eyes when they asked her questions and displaying a negative attitude. For instance, when a young lady fell, everyone quickly checked to see if she was okay, but Haley simply remarked that she should have worn non-slip shoes. Aside from that, the rest of the staff is wonderful!"

"I waited a staggering 50 minutes to reach the window for my drink. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not checking it right then. After a brief two-minute drive home, I opened my drink only to find that a third of it was missing. After such a long wait, receiving only two-thirds of my order is simply ridiculous. I would suggest steering clear of this location. As a loyal Starbucks fan who has had wonderful experiences at other locations, I can confidently say that this one is famously slow, and the subpar quality of the drink I received has assured me I won't be returning."

"The locations is perfect. The problem is that their staffs are not so professional, since I have a lot of times my coffee messed up by them, either using the wrong milk or missed the sweetener. I could understand that most of them are students in the university and they are not experienced and this is not their full-time job, so it is ok, but objectively speaking the Starbucks in downtown are much better than this one, and this one is too small to hold the huge crowds during a semester. Sometimes going to downtown can save you ten minutes."

"This store consistently fails to impress. Before I elaborate, I want to highlight that the staff is very friendly. The real issue lies with the store management, which is quite poor. There are frequent instances where the doors are locked, forcing customers to endure an exceedingly long drive-through line that stretches all the way down the parking lot and onto Lancaster Ave. This situation is particularly frustrating for those who place mobile orders and arrive only to discover that they can't pick them up without waiting in this dreadful line. The main problem is that drive-through customers receive priority over those who are willing to park and walk in. This creates a hazardous traffic situation, both in the parking lot and on Lancaster Ave. To add to the frustration, you cannot get refunded for a mobile order that you can't retrieve. Refunds are not processed over the phone, and you have to reach out to Starbucks corporate for any resolution. Management, PLEASE address this issue. At the very least, extend some consideration to mobile order customers by allowing them to enter the store to collect their orders. The message you are sending to loyal customers like myself is quite disheartening."

"When i brought up that I had partner numbers, for the first time ever i was asked to show id. I have never been asked this at a store before and Ive been working with this company for over a year. Im 17 on vacation and left all identifications in my suitcase, and this is NOT starbucks policy (neither do my store or other stores require this.)With this in mind, you would expect them to put the same amount of energy into their drinks than to their fellow partners. This is not the case. Matcha was grainy and they did not add any topping to our cold brews. I do not write reviews but this seriously rubbed me wrong way."

"Ordered a pumpkin spice Latte 'Tis the season! The first drink that came out was an ice-cold pumpkin nitro brew. The second one that came out was a pumpkin spice that was only 3/4 of the way full and the third was not filled up either. Not sure why they give 12 ounces instead of the 16 ounces you normally expect from a big one. I thought I would share photos of the drinks (see attached), so you understand what happened. They tried to do this right, but also the last drink (far left) was not filled up. This experience is why I have 4 stars instead of something lower, but I thought it could be of interest for management and customers alike. Note The indoor café is closed and Starbucks only accepts mobile or drives. To be fair, the ride through was full. I think this situation would have been very difficult to correct if we had gone through the drive."

"It can take a while to get your order here because they don't have room for very many employees behind the counter at one time. The baristas are generally nice though, and I rarely have problems with my order. This place just seems to be hampered by it's location inside a Kroger. If it was a standalone store with more space (and a drive-thru) I would stop here every day. There's always a good seasonal drink to try and I love the egg white and feta wraps.Parking: Parking can be difficult here because the lot is usually quite full and it's very hectic. I've never felt like there was sufficient space, which is odd for most places in Fremont."

"There's no sugar coating it. There is always a long wait at this location. They can't seem to keep people on staff and so they are constantly training new people. Unfortunately this has been the case for over a year now. If you come here, you will bewaiting at least 20 minutes. Even if you order online. PRO TIP: If you go inside you will wait longer. The drive thru timesare part of their metrics and so they are pushed to keep the traffic moving. It's counter intuitive but if you go inside youwill wait about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, if you want Starbucks, there is no other option for 25 miles in any direction."

"I am a daily customer at Starbucks in Etown. I agree they have a problem with whoever orders their supplies. They finally got a new expression machine which has cut down on the machine being broke. I don?t blame the barista because they don?t have controlon the ordering. The one other time was when the blender was down. It took a month to get another one. While I say all thesenegative things they work hard. Almost all of them know my name and what I order. I love my iced van latte with half milk andhalf sweet cream. There has been times when a new person is on and I just nicely talk them through how to make my drink. Well Iam leaving shortly for my drink. Cheers!"
