"My experience with customer service at this Auntie Anne’s location was disappointing. Although I’ve visited before, the management seems lacking, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. I usually order through the Auntie Anne’s app, but my orders have consistently been wrong. For example, I ordered a jalapeño pretzel but received a classic one instead, which was too salty. Because of this, I’m likely to choose a different place in the future. On top of that, I found a small hair on my pretzel, which I documented with photos and video."
