"I tried the sweet almond pretzel at Auntie Anne's in Sun Valley Mall, and I was disappointed with the taste. My son usually enjoys sweet almond pretzels, but after taking just a small bite, he ended up vomiting. I would give this a zero rating if I could, but since that option isn't available, I have to express my dissatisfaction another way."

"I wish I could give this location 0/10 stars. I am a long time fan of Auntie Anne's pretzels and this place used to have the best pretzels around, but now they're just sorry. The only thing they make now are those little pretzel bites and if that's not what you want, then ah well, get ready to spend 30 minutes or more waiting in line for a disgusting, undercooked, mishapened pretzel. Today I ordered an original pretzel and they still managed to mess it up. They can't get even the simplest of orders right. They have terrible management and the service is trash. The only workers available are a bunch of kids that don't know what they're doing and look like a deer caught in headlights when you bring them a complaint. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. If you want a good pretzel, go to the one on schillinger road."

"Speed of service has drastically dropped recently. Not sure if new owner or what but store has 1 or 2 customers, I placed a mobile order. Go a few minutes after the time told to pickup and they didn’t even take my order off the receipt printer yet so had to wait for them to make it from scratch. Not a great way to spend the 15 minutes to go grab lunch while at work. The 2 customers in the store were waiting longer than I was, and were asked by the employee what they would like to order, even though they had already followed up twice to see what was taking so long. Not sure what’s going on here but this is not the first time it took this long. Won’t be back"

"I can't let you make the same mistake I did today. From the looks of other reviews, I'm not alone.My first thought was to ask the person who served up this weak, watered down drink, if they had actually tasted it.Ugh, it was really bad, tartedly, semi-sweet water. It was sad and not what I had been served at previous times visiting this location. They either didn't follow the recipe, or due to shrinkflation the recipe has changed for the worse.I didn't want to cause a scene as my kids don't appreciate it. But even they hated it.$25.76 for 3 shrinkflated pretzels and 3 large lemon waters, save your money for elsewhere. Never again for us."

"The food is delicious but the customer service is awful. The first time I came was around 5:00ish, I had a guy who was rude. He was unhelpful with the menu and unresponsive. He rushed us into what to get when I asked for a moment. Once I got my food, hewalked away without saying a word. The second time we came around 5:30-6:00. We had a woman who also rushed us. She was again,not very helpful had terrible customer service. I apologized for taking so long to order after asking for a moment she juststared at me. Again, once we got our food she walked off without saying anything. I understand wanting to go home already butthere is no need to be rude. The food is amazing but isn?t good enough to deal with terrible customer service. Both times Ialmost decided not to get the food. I do not recommend coming here won?t be returning."

"After a morning of heavy shopping at the mall, I was really hungry—shopping can be exhausting! As soon as I exited Macy's, I spotted Auntie Anne's and knew it was exactly what I needed to tide me over until I got home. The pretzel was delicious and only $6. Since I don’t drink soda, I asked for water and was given a refreshing glass of ice water for just 50 cents. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt much better after enjoying my Auntie Anne's pretzel—I was no longer hungry!"

"This place is absolutely disgusting! I ordered a pepperoni pretzel bite on a mobile order and when I arrived to pick it up the lady helped 2 people with their mobile order and they got there way after me. Waited 10 minutes for a pretzel to be told they didn’t have the bites but had the pretzel with pepperoni which is a $3 difference! I was hungry so I just took it and when I ate I wanted to cry for the money I just sent to die. The pretzel was old and had been sitting around, it tasted atrocious! The staff couldn’t be bothered to make a fresh pretzel on a mobile order. Downright shameful and a overall disrespectful experience"

"The little pretzel shop we used to enjoy on the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica is no longer there, so we were thrilled to discover Auntie Anne's at the Westfield Shopping Center in Culver City. The prices on the menu are reasonable, and our pretzel bites were served warm and fresh. My daughter also got an Icee, making this a perfect stop for a quick snack while shopping at the mall."

"The staff was quite rude during my visit. I went with my sister to get a pretzel. Since she’s a bit shy, I decided to order for her. "My experience with customer service at this Auntie Anne’s location was disappointing. Although I’ve visited before, the management seems lacking, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. I usually order through the Auntie Anne’s app, but my orders have consistently been wrong. For example, I ordered a jalapeño pretzel but received a classic one instead, which was too salty. "I expected so much more of this place. I went to order and the lady didn?t know what she was doing. (She could?ve been training so that fine) The other worker (another lady) completely ignored her co-worker. I got my pretzels and they are completely soggyand old to the point where the hotdogs just fell out of the pretzel and I could feel the sogginess just touching it. The cheesesauce too was very chunky and gelatinous and the drinks were nasty too. I also was told to insert my card, so I did, and thenthe cashier asked me what the second oder I wanted was. Took double the time then it should?ve. I couldn?t understand thecashier either as she was whispering to me and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times and she seemed annoyed afterthat. "The location in Manassas Mall tried to sell me something I didn’t want. They didn’t have regular pretzels and only had the bites so instead of just informing me that it would take a certain amount of time the cashier spoke in a different language to the baker and then told me it would take 15-20 minutes to make and if that is something I wanted to do. I replied, “yes, I don’t mind waiting bc it’s been a long time since I had one.” They only took 7-10 minutes maybe to make the pretzel and then the lady is talking in a different language staring me down and the cashier is laughing telling me my pretzel is ready and in a humorously undertone asks me if I wanted anything else. I replied, “no” and then left. I really feel like they did something to my food by how they were looking at me and staring. Either way, they didn’t want to make a pretzel and then were condescending. I don’t play around with my food. That’s how people get sick and then that’s how people get hurt butI’m not the one. Will be calling corporate on Monday when they open bc the pretzels are in the trash and I want my money back."

"I worked as a supervisor at Aunt Anne at the NH shopping centre. We were taught to take pride in the freshness and production of our pulpits. Today I went to the Walmart Super Center in Charlotte Florida Harbour. The Brezel was so hard and old, I couldn't bite it. No bag, so cinnamon sugar was everywhere. I think they wanted to get rid of some cups that they had left from Christmas. The drink was smaller than I ordered. I gave two stars because the soda was good. Everything went into the garbage. I can't believe that quality has become so bad."
