"I ordered the easter celabration meal, along with a few more items for easter. I went in at 10:30 am saturday morning to place my take out order. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited till after 11:30 am to get my take out order. When I got home, I noticed I had not received my biscuits,corn,cranberry sauce. Well, this was just bad, the ham was so salty I threw it out. The turkey was dryer than dry. I mean that meal alone was $69.00 by itself. After buying other things my totol was $99.39. I was trying to get a good meal so we did not have to cook. I will never return to any bob evans ever again. If they have changed to being a catering restaurant, rather than a restaurant that cares about what they serve, I will eat somewhere else. I had I known my meal was going to the trash, I would have saved my money and cooked myself. There was so many people waiting an hour to be seated which I thought was funny because there was 3 empty tables empty within a few feet of the checkout counter. All kids working there, hire a few adults to at least get back to basics."

"Wife and I both ordered 15 dollar chicken salads, and an order of onion rings (which only consisted of 7 onion rings) while the food was delicious the portions were tiny we both were still hungry after leaving there. The chicken salad was roughly the same size as a side salad from applebees just to give you a size reference. The staff and the service were top notch and the dinor was well kept. Would be a 5 star place if the portions were bigger. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this place if your hungry."

"I ordered two bucket meals the girl MacKenzie had a major attitude and was throwing my food around . I asked her to stop and she glared at me and then proceeded to touch my food like it had a disease. Then I get home a d have to return immediately because Ididn't have my full order!! They have NEVER gotten my order right! Always out of chicken and the wait is long because you haveto wait for more chicken !! The service is horrible and the attitudes are not necessary someobeshould teach them customerservice if they are going to work in food service if they don't like the job go Elsewhere!!!!"

"First and last time I ever order from this pizza hut..Estimated delivery was 25 to 35 minutes an hour later my text notification said it was being delivered It should of only took 9 minutes from this point after 30 minutes I called and asked whats going on they said they called the driver and he should be there in 4 minutes... after another 10 minutes passed which was about 1 hour and 40 minutes from placing the order they said they couldn't locate the driver while on the phone the manager said we can just cancel this order then magiclaly the driver shows up with cold disgusting food. While still on the phone. The manager than tells the driver just leave the food with him we do over 5 k in sales a day its okay if we lose his business. After waiting over 90 minutes for my food which was estimated at 25 to 35 min the manager says we can afford to lose him as a customer .. Instead of fixing the problem. This should tell you everything you need to know about the incompetence of this pizza hut."

"Was told I could only pay with card but was given the option to pay with cash so I tell them and I get talked down to (there was no sign up to warn me either) then I'm sitting there for like five minutes waiting for someone to ask when my food was ti get told it app was there when it wasn't, they didn't even look at my receipt so I almost spent 50 bucks to not even get all my food because the cashier wasnt doing her job (her name was Courtney B)"

"Simple terrible.I asked for #5 with mayo, curly fries.Boneless wings and curly fries plus cheese sauce.Michael wanted beef and cheddar sandwich and he gets two little pieces of the beef on it and he was madder than I'll get out.My sandwich had honey mustard instead of mayonnaise I had crinkle fries instead of curly fries and no cheese sauce.But what gets me as we sat down to eat and I didn't even have my sandwich in there in the bag and didn't have the cheese sauce you know it's like okay and you asked for it but you didn't get itJust all around bad today"

"The donuts here are always fresh, and the service is consistently friendly and personal. This donut shop has become a beloved community staple; it's been around for as long as I can remember. While other donut shops have opened and closed over the years, this one has stood the test of time. Their donuts are nearly perfect—just the right sweetness and size. In addition, they offer a variety of other baked goods, all of which are fantastic. Whenever I have guests from the city, I make sure to bring them here, and they always rave about the donuts. They truly are the best in Ashtabula!"

"Honestly very disappointed I managed the little Caesars that was in Kmart and we never had issues with the pizza coming out straight raw and dough not cooked. But when I had called to explain that my pizza had been undercooked and the dough was still raw I got told well it cooks for 12mins so I don 't see how it 's raw and honestly we don 't believe you so if you can bring it up we shall fix it so I did just that and I explained to them when cooking a Supreme deep dish it needs to go through the 12 min and possibly the regular pizza timer or the crazy bread side. To which when I had got another pizza it was still raw. I will not be ordering another deep dish pizza and honestly very disappointed with my experience and how it was handled."

"We had a wonderful lunch here after driving back from Niagara Falls to the covered bridge! The food was served hot, simple, and absolutely delicious! The service was incredibly friendly and quick. We loved being their guests, even though we're not locals! A kind gentleman at the table next to us recommended we visit the nearby elevator bridge, which we did. How friendly! My children and I really enjoyed it! What a hidden gem!"

"I went up and the young man asked me what I wanted. he had a hard time to hear me so we repeated several times. no problem. I apologized a few times, and the command was done. directly before the conclusion of the transaction, I hear about the loudspeaker a man who (laut) finds that I move closer to the window. his ton was loud and hateful! when I went into the window, this heavy man stood out from the caucasus (manager) next to the polite man who had no problem to take my order. once I asked him about his behavior, he disappeared back and never, returned while waiting for my order and change. shame on his disrespectful self. I am 73 years old, since the day when it opened years ago uuodles. I really hope that this is not the kind of person wendys willing to try to rent. many thanks and have a blessed day."

"Although we had dinner plans elsewhere, we stopped in for some cocktails so we could check out the menu and the atmosphere. I was so impressed with everything that I almost canceled our reservations at the other place so I could stay here. This is a combination wine shop, cocktail lounge, and restaurant. The restaurant and bar is upstairs. It is attractively decorated in a style that goes well with the historic nature of the building. There is also some seating outside. We sat at the bar. There is a large and interesting list of cocktails. I had the Fitzgerald's Flask which was a mixture of Gin, club soda, lime and cucumber served in a flask. A perfect summer cocktail! As we sipped our drinks we perused the menu. This is a small scratch kitchen and so the menu changes frequently with many daily specials. We saw some of the dishes and they looked and smelled great...next time we are staying for dinner! Of course, with a wine shop downstairs, you can easily find something nice to pair with your meal. I was pleasantly surprised by this place and can't wait to come back."

"W...O....W! is all i can say. not really, theres more. My sweetie and I made our first visit on a referal from a friend. And glad we took the recomendation. The service was on point. We ordered the Big Nasty dont let the name fool you. Everything was exceptional. However, they had run out of ribs before we arrived. They accommodated by offering a substitute which was equally tasty as the other meats. For a good bbq, a nice comfortable setting and a reasonable price. You will not be disappointed. Bring your second stomach. I highly recommend this eatery. They have earned a second visit for the anticipated Award Winning ribs."

"What an amazing discovery! This place exceeded all expectations! The customer service was outstanding. When we mentioned it was our first time trying their freshly made dishes, they kindly offered us a sample of their baklava while we waited. It was honestly the best baklava I’ve ever had! "Eating here brought back memories from 14 years ago. I was robbed at gun point. I had the same feeling after totaling st the checkout. They dumped half of each scoop back out. The resulting bowl they make doesn?t need a concave cover. A flat piece of foil would have plenty of space. They charge extra for queso; it?s a given I gather, but have had it included at others or atleast the add on price would be posted. Save yourself some money and go next door to red lobster."

"Today was our first time dining at this restaurant. I ordered the grilled chicken with fries and it was delicious. The fries were outstanding, especially when dipped in curry mayo. The dishes that were served to our table all looked amazing, especially the large burgers. I definitely want to come back here next time I'm in town. The staff was friendly and the dining area was cozy."

"As for the soft pretzels, they were some of the best I've ever tasted. My wife preferred the mustard dip, which was flavorful and had mustard seeds, while I enjoyed the cheese dip, which was also among the best I’ve had. My wife thought the cheese dip reminded her too much of Swiss cheese (which I love, but she doesn't), so that might explain our differing preferences. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit!"

"Mr. Hero offers decent sub-fair, although I will admit, I often feel like the prices for the subs are expensive compared to what you get. The dishes and options are good, only expect to pay more compared to places that serve hot subs. Unique subs such as the Roman burgers Sub and Zesty Bacon and Swiss are outstanding, although I personally feel a Roman sub really reaches its taste potential with the addition of Russian dressing or a thousand island. The staff at this point is quite attentive, although current problems with underinfluencing throughout the nation can also be seen here. Workers often seem overwhelmed during the busy hours, and do their best. I recommend using their online app or additional time during the busy periods to avoid frustration. Michael is an employee with whom we often deal. He is very attentive and always pleasant to speak."
