"Visit #1 (spring 2019): My first visit here was great. The waitress was very attentive and the food was great. No complaints. Visit #2 (Fall 2019): My girlfriend and I decided to come again. We had a horrific experience. We were stuck with one of the worst waitresses I have ever met. Her name is Michelle. She rarely checked in on our table despite being only one of 8 people in the dining area. She spent most of her night working the room as she described it. This was basically her attempt to flirt with a table of 50 something men. She reeked of alcohol and slurred her words at times. There were a few crumbs on our table that we barely noticed. But Michelle did apparently. So she proceeded to blame the mistake on a young lady who was bussing tables. She called her an idiot in front of my girlfriend and I then scolded the young lady in front of the entire dining room. At the end of the meal we asked for a check and presented a gift certificate. Michelle took this as an opportunity to remind us, to our faces, that we are required to tip on the full amount. Visit #3 (Jan 2020): We decided to give the place one more try, praying that Michelle would not be working. Sadly she was, but we decided to give it a try anyway. Instead of a greeting, Michelle ran up to our table and told us that she would barely be able to wait on us because she had too many tables. Here we go again I thought! We rushed through the menu and gave her our orders hoping that we would see it come out in a timely manner. The food came out late about 40 mins later for a pasta and meat dish. Michelle missed our salads. No big deal. But instead of admitting it up front, Michelle stated 3 times that she brought them. Eventually she relented and admitted the mistake. Much like our last visit, Michelle quickly blam"

"We visited this past weekend to have dinner with some friends. The service was just not great. I won't review the food because the service sort of put a bad taste in my mouth for the whole place so I don't feel that would be fair. I ordered a margaritaon the rocks, got a frozen margarita instead. Our server didn't seem to want to swap it out but when I specifically asked for itto be, he did. The one I got in return I can only assume was a strained version of the original because it wasn't frozen butdefinitely not on the rocks either. There were four of us and so it was hard to put the salsa where we could reach itconveniently so we asked for a 2nd. We did get an additional salsa but only after asking for it a 2nd time. When our meal cameI requested some limes in which I never received. Fortunately my friends all had margaritas as well so I took their garnish touse on my tacos Al Pastor. Whenever I requested any of the above things my husband even noticed that the server gave me a lookof distain so I had our friends request the remaining things our table needed (they were Spanish speaking), and that seemed towork better. For instance the salsa. When they asked for an additional salsa in Spanish (the 2nd time) it arrived. There wereprobably 4 or 5 tables in the restaurant at the time so it was not peak busy time or I'd be a lot more understanding but itwasn't. I know how hard it is being a server and if someone is truly tying I give a lot of grace but in this case it just didn'tseem like our server wanted to be there."

"YES, GO HERE. This is your sign. I am OBSESSED with Lima Limon Peruvian Restaurant, and only after one trip. Let me tell you, it is without a doubt worth the drive into the depths of Kuna. You won't find authentic Peruvian food elsewhere in the TreasureValley that tastes this fantastic. Drinks! Their menu offers several traditional Peruvian and Mexican cocktails, as well asimported and domestic beer and your familiar non alcoholic drinks. My husband stuck with the always great Stella Artois (or sohe says) and I ordered Peru's national cocktail Pisco Sour (Peruvian brandy blended with lime, egg white and jarabe de goma, garnished with bitters, $9.00). Unlike anything I had ever had before. It wasn't made very strong, but it wasn't overly sweet soyou could still taste the brandy. Probably the most exotic drink I've had in a while. Yes, it does taste exotic. *FYI there areno prices on their drink menu as it is based of the market and availability of ingredients. The food was a knock out. Holy wow,it's been a while since I had food this unique, this delicious. I bellied up to the Bistec Alo Pobre (juicy grilled steak servedwith rice, fried plantains and fried egg, with traditional salad, $19.50). The steak was cooked absolutely perfect! It's not ahuge piece, thinner and oh so tender. I LOVED the fried plantains. They were delectable, almost like a side dessert but pairedso well with a bite of meal and egg. Think fireworks in your mouth. I mean you couldn't get a bad bite. Everyone went so welltogether. I would order this again and again. My husband ordered the most unique looking dish, Aji de Gallin a (deliciousshredded chicken breast covered in yellow Peruvian pepper cream, piso bread, topped with parmesan cheese served with whiterice). This dish is phenomenal! I thought I liked my dish I liked his even more. The flavor is exquisite. Moist, tenderchicken smothered in rich, creamy sauce. Reminded me of Singaporean style curry, only a less spicy. If you'"

"I'll give two stars because the food was decent, but I wouldn't recommend the place!!!! I had been there 20 25 years ago and decided to have a late lunch!! The smell hits you at the door!! I've been around the bar business for 30 years and there's stepsyou can take to get rid of smoke and stale beer smells!!! We sit at a table near the bar and there's a menu and a dirty ashtrayalready there for our convenience!! My wife nor I smoke!! The menu literally has black mold inside the plastic cover whereliquid was spilled into the menu and nothing was done about it for years!!! Copies are not very expensive every 5 years or so!!!??????? I leaned over onto a half wall that had the brass bar rail above it to see a TV better and I thought I was going to be apermanent fixture in the place...I swear I lost hair off my arm to get unstuck from it!!! Food was good but I ordered seasonedfries and they came out plain, told the waitress and she said she'd bring another order out, I'm not hard to please, I told herto just bring some seasoning and she went sit down with EVERY OTHER EMPLOYEE WORKING THE FLOOR AND BAR!!! Bartender and bothwaitresses sitting down for around 10 minutes!! My wife finally got up and went ask for the seasoning!!! I'm just not sure howthis place is still open!! Especially in the area it's in??? They could have great business but I damn sure won't be goingback!!!! Bathroom had so much water on the floor that I seriously thought it would come over my flip flops!!!!!"
