"During my wait for my order, I observed multiple customers, both in the drive-through and dining area, expressing dissatisfaction with incorrect orders. After about 15 to 20 minutes, a staff member informed me that they were out of mashed potatoes—something I hadn’t ordered in the first place. Strangely, no one had arrived after me to place an order.
I overheard the manager instructing the staff to "stop taking orders; there’s just too much going on." At one point, a worker entered the lobby and locked the doors, while another outside began turning away cars waiting in the drive-through. After another lengthy 20-minute wait, I finally received my order: 8 pieces of chicken, 2 coleslaws, and biscuits—not at all what I had originally requested!
When I asked for a correction, I was given a small fry instead and told they were out of gravy. The only substitute they offered was corn, and they flatly refused to refund my money. The management at this establishment is truly lacking!"
