"If I could give this place a zero rating, I absolutely would. I ordered an 8-piece serving of breast meat only, and the manager took my order at the drive-thru. I waited over 15 minutes for freshly cooked chicken, but when I finally received my meal, it was a bucket full of spoiled chicken. I paid $45 for this, and I am not only furious but will also be contacting the health department first thing on Monday morning. I visited on Friday, October 13, 2023, and while the pot pie and sides were great, that chicken was completely unacceptable. You're putting people's health at risk by serving potentially contaminated food! What is wrong with you? In this economy, treating customers like this is disgraceful. Someone needs to take responsibility for this, and it shouldn't be the same people who served me that spoiled food."
