"Very good selection of entrees for lunch/ brunch! The “BLTA” was delicious and the “Chicken Taco Salad” was excellent. We loved sitting outside with the fire pit’s cranking out some heat on this 50 degree day. Our server Julie could not have been more enthusiastic and helpful! Definitely coming back! Well I went back on 11/8/2023…. I went there with my family for dinner and the food quality remained very good. Some special requests were submitted that the chef complied with perfectly! About the only unpleasant comment I would offer is the atmosphere during prime time Wednesday night dinner time concerns the excessive noise! When that dining room is full, you may want to carry on dinner conversation by out-shouting the table next to you or revert to texting your table mates. It seems that during prime time, you may want to ask for a table outside if dinner chat is desired."

"A perfect storm of the less than ideal Our party of three had to wait 20 minutes for our table despite our reservation. The restaurant tried to be too creative with the many different menus, and it made figuring out what they serve, reading the menus, or understanding what we were ordering very confusing. The servers were very inattentive and had a lot of trouble giving clear explanations of the menus. The speakeasy portion of the restaurant was really cramped. The music from the larger restaurant was so loud we could hear it in the speakeasy. The restaurant ran out of something we ordered. The food was just ok, and the drinks were only slightly better. I will not be returning."

"service was excellent, but when our food was brought out, we received a $30 lobster roll that was the size of an appetizer. not a big thing, tasted great, but then, when the lobster mac and would be with a single piece of lobster arrived in him $24,) I made a sweat to the waiter about how ridiculous that was and he agreed, he said he was busy with him a lot and even took 50% of our bill for the mac and beeping that he didn't have to do. will never go back because of the food."

"My family had dinner reservations for 6 at 8pm tonight. My daughter was traveling almost an hour to join us. At 4:15 Brittingham’s called me to confirm the reservation. I said we would definitely be there, and we were looking forward to it. I was then informed there was a $20 cover charge per person because there would be music! I said but we’re eating dinner. She said it didn’t matter, everyone is paying a cover if they are here when the music starts. I then asked what time the music was starting and I was told 8:30. She then said if we are done eating and leave by 8:30 (before the music starts) she would refund our cover charge. I reminded her that our reservation was at 8 and there is no way we could be served and eat in a 1/2 hour. She said then you will have to pay a cover. I then asked that if we leave right after we are finished eating, and she said we still will have to pay the cover. That’s $120 before even eating!!! I have never heard of anything so ridiculous!! Our family get together was cancelled, and we will never return!"

"the food freaking amazing. the tea is so damn good. will deffo go back. the service is pretty bad when the place is packed, partially because it 's really obvious the kitchen can 't keep up. We had to ask repeatedly for things, including food. We ordered the Prince William tea and also the a la carte scones, we asked for the sweet scones as the appetizer and the savory ones for the tea. We were brought out the savory for the appetizer and never got the sweet ones despite waking 4 times. We also weren 't given the soup that comes with the tea service initially and had to ask for it. The fruit and cheese selection was also missing from the tea service. The Prince William Tea was not worth the price, $50 is an excessive amount for what you actually get, but it 's kind of like part of that amount is the experience. Also we didnt get the fruit and cheese that was supposed to be on it nor the sweet scones, so it was short of items. Even if we had gotten them this tea service didn 't stack up to multiple other placed I 've had tea. They also call all the teas high tea when they are actually afternoon/low teas; high tea is actually just dinner served with tea, not the small plates type tea. It 's a little bit of a pet peeve of mine and a tea house should know the difference. Low and High refer to the table everything is served on. Wealthy people sat in nicely appointed parlors and tea was served on low tables (think the modern coffee table), high tables are dining room tables and the working class would take their tea then with a hearty meal. The charcuterie board was really good, one of the best we had. The shepard 's pie my husband got was delicious and my bangers and mash were fantastic. Both came with more savory scones and the best tasting mashed potatoes you could ever ask for. The salad dressings were also tasty, my husband absolutely loved the ranch. If you wanna do afternoon tea with all the cakes and stuff go to Windsor Court (or Sucre if they ever start doing it again). We went at 3pm, it lightened up A LOT around 4pm. So in the future well go much earlier in the day for like breakfast or something or closer to 5 for an early dinner, but Fridays and Saturdays are always packed. I 've worked in resturants, in front and back of the house so i know the struggles. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and engaging. the place is just horribly understaffed for busy times. We had a similar experience at hands down the best Italian restaurant ever (Vincent 's) when it was a busy mad house. So, i mean it happens. Having waitress/waiter stay friendly qnd engaging despite knowing everything is going to hell in a handbasket goes a long way for me."

"So quick! And delicious, plus a great value. We came here for breakfast. I was really surprised about how big the menu was. They have Mexican/inspired breakfast items, Egg Benedict’s, omelette’s, fancy pancakes and French toast, amount other items. Everything everyone ordered, was delicious. I saw on the special board that they had a Montecristo sandwich, and Chilliquiles. None of us tried the specials, but they looked great. We got our breakfast within 3 to 5 minutes of us ordering, and everything was really good. It is your diner style establishment. But, it look like they served mimosa‘s, and beer, as well. The coffee was great! We will be returning. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner. Burgers, loaded fries, sandwiches, ribs, fish and chips. We definitely will come back."

"Well let me just say that the food was really great. However when we looked online at the menu my wife saw the option for Prime rib dinner…..Upon arrival after we sat down and committed to the evening at the Steakhouse, we were told that Prime rib is only sold on the weekend. Let’s just say my wife flipped out. She had her heart set on Prime rib and we were visiting from out of town. We turned down dinner at a Prime steakhouse that was very popular and high priced called “Meat on Ocean” to try this place. I think it just brings up the importance of updating your online profile. Pricing online was way off as well. The food was very good but my wife was upset the rest of the week. Please let people know what is unavailable during the week. It is false advertising to put something on your menu and make it unavailable……sadly even though it was very good, we will probably never come back due to my wife’s poor experience."

"I ordered a family meal that included chicken tenders, red beans, and mashed potatoes with white gravy. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed this time. We've ordered from here before without any issues. The chicken was overcooked, and the red beans and rice were dry, as if they had been left on the warmer for too long. Additionally, the mashed potatoes were an overcooked light brown. Overall, this experience was not up to the standard we're used to. We picked up our order on Friday at 8 PM, but it felt like the food had been sitting there since lunchtime."

"My husband and I came on a Tuesday evening for dinner and it was packed. There were at least 3 big groups waiting to be seated, and even though half the restaurant inside and outside was empty, we were told it would take them around 35 minutes to sit us. Since it was only the 2 of us, they got us in much sooner and they sat us by the bar. The service and the food were great. But the restaurant was so dirty, we wanted to leave. The bathrooms were nasty. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in 2 days. I’m not sure if they were short staffed. But especially now with Covid they should be paying better attention to cleaning disinfecting. I’m giving 4 stars for the food our waiter, but with so many possible places to go to, we definitely won’t be coming back to one that was dirty."

"This restaurant has a large bar in the center and a dining room to the side, which is closer to the front windows and has a different atmosphere with nice, natural lighting. The service was friendly, the pizza was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with chicken instead of ham, and it may become my new favorite pineapple pizza. There was another dining area next to the bar that was filled with a private party during my visit. The server had warned me about this in advance, so I was not surprised. My service did slow down a bit once the party arrived, but I was not bothered by it since I was expecting it. I took some slices of pizza home and they tasted just as good later, both reheated and cold. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant."

"We wanted to find an easy place near our hotel on the night before catching an early flight out of town. Described as a gem of a place, this seemed promising. A quick look through the menu provided on the Open Table site gave us some solid options as a reasonable price. In the end, I felt as though the description of the restaurant on Open Table and the actual place were worlds apart. This is a glorified kitchen attached to a room where complementary breakfast is served each morning to the Sheraton guests. The space was dark. The menu was extremely scaled back from the menu online, and I found myself searching to try to find the best option. The guacamole was not good--maybe a mix with some avocado pieces thrown in for good measure? Our salads were basic and perfectly good, so in the end it was fine, and our waitress was delightful. I just think it is important to not overstate this place--this is no hidden gem."
