"We wanted to find an easy place near our hotel on the night before catching an early flight out of town. Described as a gem of a place, this seemed promising. A quick look through the menu provided on the Open Table site gave us some solid options as a reasonable price. In the end, I felt as though the description of the restaurant on Open Table and the actual place were worlds apart. This is a glorified kitchen attached to a room where complementary breakfast is served each morning to the Sheraton guests. The space was dark. The menu was extremely scaled back from the menu online, and I found myself searching to try to find the best option. The guacamole was not good--maybe a mix with some avocado pieces thrown in for good measure? Our salads were basic and perfectly good, so in the end it was fine, and our waitress was delightful. I just think it is important to not overstate this place--this is no hidden gem."

Disappointed that they didn't have any champagne as advertised on the menu. Not enough wait staff for number of people dining.

Wow, the service was absolutely amazing! My date took me here for a quick lunch, and we were incredibly pleased. The food was delicious, and the meals are...

If this place simply hired a few more staff, all could be solved. One lady to greet seat us, take our order, deliver our food......while also delivering room service throughout the hotel......Not good. View menu

"When evaluating a hotel bar, you should consider the quality of the drinks and service, the overall ambiance, and how appealing it is to other guests. This bar excels in all these aspects—it's truly wonderful!"

The experience was incredibly disappointing; I can understand now why the place wasn't very busy. I was hoping for a straightforward breakfast, but when I asked the server if we could order something, it seemed difficult to get a resolution.

dark, no windows, shouldn't be considered theater district because it's too far of a walk, a bit depressing, not at all what we were looking for. The food is ok but nothing special or unique. Prices are pretty good, service is ok, not great. View menu

We found refuge here as NY was being inundated with snow and we were staying at the hotel next door. The food was adequate, service quite good and friendly as we were practically the only ones there. However, this is more a very small coffee shop than a restaurant. I would recommend it only in an emergency such as ours.

Went there after an off Broadway Theater on a cold snowy night. Had a burger and it was quite good. it is in a hotel and we were the only people there. It was a Sunday and they had a TV to watch football while we were eating so was perfect for us. If you are expecting a dining experience, I wouldn't recommend but for a decent burger at a reasonable price it was great!

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
