"Oh my goodness! We went on Thursday evening at 5:00, anticipating it might be busy, but it wasn’t. We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to attend to us. My husband tapped on the counter and said, "Hello?" Finally, a young lady approached us but spoke so softly that we had to ask her to repeat herself a couple of times. After placing our order, my husband waited for the food. Fifteen minutes later, I switched places with him as we continued to wait. Eventually, our food arrived, but it was incorrect. Instead of the bacon cheeseburger my husband ordered, we received chicken tenders. I went back to inform the young lady about the mistake, and she simply took the tenders away and told the one other staff member to prepare the correct sandwich. Another 20 minutes passed before we finally received it. There was no manager in sight, and the two teens were the only staff present. I would recommend avoiding this Hardee's unless you have plenty of patience. It was quite disappointing."
