"I requested for my food to be freshly cooked. I observed another customer, who ordered 4 people before me, receive the wrong food at their table BEFORE I placed my order. After placing my order, an employee picked up the food that had already been touched by a customer and placed it on my tray to bring it to me. I was informed that the food was cold and had already been served to another customer who had handled it. I had requested for my food to be cooked fresh. I will not be returning to this restaurant again and will be contacting the Health Department in the morning."

Ok...I keep trying to see if they get better.......mushroom burger had very, very little swiss cheese on it I brought it home and added a slice of cheese.....sadly it's annoying as I use to love Hardee's. View menu

This place took way too long, as we placed our order at 5:00 and it wasn't ready until 6:00. I do not recommend going here, as they did not fulfill our order initially and made us wait in our car for another 20 minutes before telling us nothing was ready. Do not waste your time here.

I want to express my frustration about my experience at your drive-thru this morning. First off, I left without any breakfast. On top of that, the manager lied to me, claiming you no longer serve chicken biscuits, even though I've been able to order them for years. Now I've learned that they're still available. It’s disappointing to see how poorly this place is being managed.

"The staff is so amazing and kind however when we got to our table there was a fork placed at my seat that was clearly un-washed… food still on it which is absolutely disgusting. Things get rushed, looked over and swept under the table but for there to be a dirty utensil that is put in mouths of hundreds of others is so gross. Not to mention, I have a shell-fish allergy. If I didn’t notice and ate off the fork the pervious person could have ate shrimp with my throat would’ve swollen up. Take this with a grain of salt and please stop and take a second to do the job you’re being paid to do. This could have went terribly."

"A Mixed Bag at This Hole-in-the-Wall BBQ Joint I love discovering hole-in-the-wall BBQ joints, and this one had promise, but my experience left me with mixed feelings. First, let’s talk about the highlight: the sweet coleslaw. It was the perfect balance of creamy and tangy with just the right amount of sweetness—a side dish I would gladly come back for. I also enjoyed the ribs. Tender and tasty. Unfortunately, the brisket didn’t hit the same high notes. It was somewhat tender, but lacked the smoky depth and flavor punch I was hoping for. In a BBQ spot, that’s kind of a letdown. Now for the pricing: I wasn’t thrilled about being charged $1.25 for an extra (tiny! portion of BBQ sauce. The portions felt stingy for the price, and at nearly $30, the sampler platter was a tough sell. While the platter gave me a chance to try a bit of everything, it just didn’t deliver enough value for the cost. "The food at this restaurant was underwhelming. The steak was overcooked, the hotdogs were cold, and the chili was also served cold. After sending the chili back, it was simply microwaved and topped with cheese and onions to make it appear fresh. Even the rice was served cold. The only positive was that the tea was good. It's surprising how the food consistently came out cold, despite the lack of business at the restaurant."
