"Oh my goodness! We went on Thursday evening at 5:00, anticipating it might be busy, but it wasn’t. We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to attend to us. My husband tapped on the counter and said, "Hello?" Finally, a young lady approached us but spoke so softly that we had to ask her to repeat herself a couple of times. After placing our order, my husband waited for the food. Fifteen minutes later, I switched places with him as we continued to wait. Eventually, our food arrived, but it was incorrect. Instead of the bacon cheeseburger my husband ordered, we received chicken tenders. I went back to inform the young lady about the mistake, and she simply took the tenders away and told the one other staff member to prepare the correct sandwich. Another 20 minutes passed before we finally received it. There was no manager in sight, and the two teens were the only staff present. I would recommend avoiding this Hardee's unless you have plenty of patience. It was quite disappointing."

I had an wonderful experience at the restaurant. The food was delicious, served quickly, and incredibly fresh. The staff members were friendly, and one even affectionately referred to my brother as "her love." I couldn't have asked for anything better! View menu

Don’t bother going at night. They never have anything. I get it, stores closed (I went 2.30 hours prior to them closing drive thru) you’re cleaning rest of your shift, but really? It takes nothing to go to freezer and drop the food. We’re in Simpsonville, I KNOW after 8 there’s no real food traffic. It’s not hard at all.

Placed an order online via the site then was told they discontinued the cinnamon raisin biscuits but they don’t know how to refund me?? WTH that is insane! Seems like someone is pocketing the exact amount orders! Charles didn’t know how to refund me and surprisedly didn’t know corporates number! Everytime I’ve order here (twice) in the last two years it’s always an issue which is why I never order here! Rude and unprofessional! Don’t work in fast food if you don’t know how to service customers professionally!
