"We visited the restaurant on Saturday and ordered three banana splits to go. It took at least 20 minutes to prepare them. When they were finally ready, the person at the window informed us that they were out of lids and asked if we were okay with the splits being served in cups. By that time, the desserts had turned into a messy slush. Only one of them had a lid. We requested a refund, but they told us that no manager was available. I had to go inside to get my money back for two of the splits. By then, they claimed they had found more lids, but we declined and took just the one. Unfortunately, by the time we got home, the ice cream had completely melted and leaked all over the back seat and floorboard of my car. We live less than a mile away, so this shouldn't have happened. The restaurant is poorly organized, and they shouldn't let things get to the point of running out of lids or other supplies before trying to resolve the issue."

The customer service here is outstanding! And the ice cream is incredibly soft, creamy, and delicious. The lemon custard is definitely the highlight! View menu

I use the drive tru every time I visit and they always get my ice cream quickly. I love it here. There aren't many BR's left around here, please stay open.

When I arrived, there was no one managing the restaurant, and by the time I received my order, it was just a bowl of soupy mush. The whole place felt very disorganized.

Ice cream is pretty good! I got the wild sherbet in a two scoop cup pictured below. The scoops are pretty generous! I paid around $4 for the two scoop cup. I also tried the mint ice cream that my brother got and it was okay, I've had better mint ice creams. View menu

Brought my daughter here for a simple scoop of ice in a basic simple ice cream cone. Not a waffle, normal cone. The kid that was there was really nice but helping someone in the drive thru.A gentleman walks in from outside and walks in and asked the kid had we been assisted. He NEVER washed his hands.Back to the single small scoop of ice cream. We asked for one for my daughter and one for me.He quoted me almost $9.00?Just imagine the small box of ice cones you buy in your local market.I could have bought 2 containers of ice cream that would lasted 2 weeks at my local market vs going to BR31.Never again!

Haven’t been here in years, actually thought they all went out of business,we were excited when we drove by and saw this location open yesterday,we were sadly mistaken the employees were rude to us,they didn’t have 2 ice cream flavors my daughter wanted so we settled on dragonfruit strawberry huge mistake it was so gross it tasted like cough syrup (she actually got sick 20 minutes after eating it)so after her pukefest in the car I’m not sure we will be back. This really is a shame as I grew up going to Baskin Robbins and wanted to carry on the tradition with my kids, unless there is another location. And I also thought they could give you a sample to taste the ice cream before you buy it(maybe t...

"This place has really gone downhill! I used to have breakfast here once a week and at first the food was fairly consistent (I always order the same thing). The last few times I went, which was over the course of several months, the food was AWFUL! I ordered a cinnamon roll that was served still frozen in the center. Customizations we 're ignored. Eggs were raw.. there were issues like these at every visit. But the very last time I visited, every single thing my party ordered was awful. One guest with a dairy allergy was served a dish smothered in sour cream (of course, they ordered it to be dairy free). Before it was even placed on the table, the food runner was made aware that it was made wrong, they apologized, and said they 'd remake it correctly. Several minutes later, they brought out the EXACT same plate of food except most of the sour cream had been scraped off, and from sitting in the back it was now cold. I was appalled! To add insult to injury, another person in the party had ordered a jalapeño cornbread that came out burnt to a crisp. This time, we told the server that it was exceptionally over cooked, which he agreed with, apologized, and said he 'd bring a less well done one . Same scenario this time..a few minutes later, the exact same, burnt to a crisp jalapeño cornbread was reserved to our table. At this point we sent back both dishes and asked to have them removed from the check. Initially the server said they would only to return a moment later saying the manager wouldn 't remove the dishes! The compromise was that we could choose 1 dish off the menu for them to prepare as a to go meal at no additional charge. We stated we just wanted the cost of the inedible food removed, but they firmly refused. When all was said and done, the $25 for food we never even touched remained on our bill. I will never be back!"
