"This is one of the most unclean, unsanitary restaurant I have ever been in. Went in for breakfast twice and both times in the same week the floors had debris, tables were filthy, and neither time did they have tea, and only 1 of the fountain drinks actually worked. We will not waste our time or money at this establishment ever again."

Hardee's can be hit or miss but on this night the food was delicious and the employees all seemed to care. Will visit again.

The burgers were cold, and the 9-piece poppers I ordered were missing. I tried to call about the missing poppers, but nobody was available to take my call, as stated in the recorded message.

It really depends on the day and time you visit. There are occasions when you're asked to wait in the drive-thru only to receive cold food. However, at other times, the food and service are excellent.

The food was served cold—both the sandwiches and fries. They've also cut down the menu options, no curly fries, no shakes, and there was nothing for dessert. I ended up walking down the street to McDonald's to grab a shake and some apple pies. At this point, I think I'll just stick to McDonald's from now on.
