"I had a terrible experience at Starbucks on Sunday afternoon. The barista was more interested in chatting with a QFC employee and checking the rain than making our drinks. We had to wait while she served other customers, and when she finally took our order, she didn't write it down. We had to repeat our order and pay twice. Two out of our four drinks were made incorrectly, including a cold drink in a hot cup. My latte was watery."

"We were in town for a sports tournament. We had a taste for BE breakfast. We were seated right away by a polite and hard working young man named Carson, I believe. I watched him work hard doing many different things. We had an excellent server, namedJennifer. She was polite, prompt with attending to us, she checked on us often. My complaint was with he food itself. Aftereating more than half my western omlett, I noticed the peppers had rotting spots on them... ugh I found it gross that I wasntlooking at what I had already eaten.. hopefully they can try not to let that happen again for others since the 2 staff membersmentioned when great!"

"It was my first at Sweet Berry. I had the cold plate (tuna salad, chicken salad, slaw, avocado and cottage cheese on lettuce). I also ordered a side of corned beef hash and multigrain toast. I wish I knew how great the food was here. I always hesitated as I didn’t want the usual. The avocado had a little brown on it but everything on the “plate” was great. The corned beef hash was a little salty but I still finished it haha. It was good on the lettuce lol. The toast was a little burned but my, the jam that came with it makes me think it’s homemade. It’s delish. The serving portion’s enough for the price I paid. It was a lot…but addicting. Haha What’s impressive is that the moment you come in, it feels like there is a viral smile going around. Everyone ‘s just smiling and it felt great especially in the morning. I also noticed they have a lot of options for those who have dietary restrictions. Fab! That’s why I’m coming back. I’ve been wanting those french toasts and crepes and those benedicts and skillets. Yum."

"Our waiter Steve was fantastic but there were a few people assisting him that had trouble coordinating the timing of our food (forgot the appetizers, our salads came at different times, and our entrees didn’t come out together). Not a big deal but we did notice. Food was good, but nothing special or amazing. No heaters on the patio and it was a chilly evening and too noisy to dine inside. While we enjoyed the evening overall and have no serious complaints, there is nothing special about Zinque that would make us return."

"I’m actually shocked at how well reviewed this place is and how busy it gets. I’m positive that a lot of the things they serve were frozen or not made fresh. We got the salmon eggs Benedict and the smoked salmon was old and had a really fishy taste to it. We also got the crab cake eggs Benedict and the crab cake was most definitely from a frozen package and it was also super greasy. The hollandaise sauce on both was tasteless and also was split... We also got tres leches French toast. Nothing special tasting about the bread and it was actually pretty soggy. The Dulce de leche sauce on it was most definitely some cheap sauce that they didn’t make. Didn’t taste good. The strawberries weren’t fresh they were mushy and had a dark color. You can tell the whipped cream they put on top came from a can from the taste and consistency. Coffee was standard diner coffee. Very disappointed and would not come again. On a positive note, the servers are nice and the service is fast. Don’t go here if you’re looking for a quality breakfast."

"Went as a senior group so had family style lunch. your staff kept refilling our plates. They were so accommodating They were so efficient especially the young girl who took care of us a very pretty petite girl. We had a delicious salad and buffalo chicken meatball and then pappardelle and beef then chicken enchilada’s with sides if condiments. Finally the Carmel pie which has no words to describe. We were with Wheaton park district and seating was comfortable and spacious I won’t be going all the way downtown. But I will now be going to Oak Brook. Thank you for a wonderful lunch and experienceVegetarian options: Didn’t have but they did have on menu. Something for everyoneKid-friendliness: There were children and something for everyone as well as delicious bakery productsWheelchair accessibility: Easily could go in the door and sit anywhere. "We’ve visited several Bob Evans locations on the west side of Columbus, and this was definitely one of our better experiences. I appreciate dining in places where I can enjoy quality time with my daughter, and this restaurant was perfect for that. It was quiet, and the ambiance was pleasant. Our waitress was incredibly attentive—she greeted all our requests with a smile, was prompt, and our food arrived quickly. Recently, we dined at the Bob Evans on Hilliard Rome Road, where we had to ask for everything, including plates, and our food took ages to arrive. This was not the case here. At this Bob Evans, we were seated immediately, and we didn’t need to ask for drink refills; our waitress proactively offered those and brought them quickly. Our meals arrived hot and delicious without much wait. The waitress anticipated our needs and placed everything on the table without us having to ask, unlike our experience at the other Bob Evans where I had to request everything and wait for it while my food got cold. She also went above and beyond to accommodate my 9-year-old when she requested ice for her hot chocolate. The waitress asked my daughter if she wanted a cup of ice or if she preferred the ice to be added to her drink. This made my daughter feel special. Even though our waitress had other customers to attend to, she made us feel like we were her only priority. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this location—especially the crispy potatoes in a pan! Kid-friendliness: The waitress allowed my daughter to choose her straw, inquired if she wanted a kids' menu, and when she brought her hot chocolate, she used a larger cup and added plenty of whipped cream."

"As for the food, I have enjoyed everything I've tried here. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. The breakfast California quesadilla is fantastic, filled with scrambled eggs, avocado, mushrooms, cheese, and tomato, served on a flour tortilla with pico de gallo, sour cream, and fresh fruit on the side. I order mine without bacon and it is still delicious! The Eggs Benedict is also a must-try. They offer a "beach bod" section on their menu with low-calorie and vegan options. Don't forget to pair your brunch with a coffee, mimosa, or juice - or all three!"

"While the food was at best mediocre, it was inconsistent. The first round of food at the buffet was ok, however when they replenished the dishes after it became empty the quality went down. The replenished dishes were cold and you could tell it was not fresh. The buffet stations lacked labels for the beef gravy, fish sauce and there was no staff to carve the Turkey, which was by the way dry! While you go to a buffet to enjoy food and there is little service expectations, our waiter clearly was new and did not know what to do. He did not give us a run down of how the different stations worked, we had to ask. He lacked knowledge of how the buffet worked and you can tell that he received little training and there was no trainer around. There was also an 18% gratuity that was automatically included with the bill, which is ridiculous since this is a buffet and there was no assistance from any waiter."

"Some of the best vegan food I've had. Taking my vegan friend who was visiting from out of town felt legit--they were quite impressed with this place. Both times I've visited I ordered the lunch special sandwich and haven't been disappointed. Good size portions. Nice choice of teas. And the dessert selection looked sinful. My one mark off would be that it's consistently been oily and messy when eating the sandwiches. Drips everywhere. Ran down my hand. I'm a careful eater and am usually there for lunch from work, but this was painfully hard to stay clean while eating. I probably won't order a sandwich next time."

"I am hoping it was an off night. We ate at 14 Global a few years ago and had a good experience. Tonight was rough though. For those of you who have trouble hearing this is not the spot for you. Trying to communicate with each other and our waiter was not easy due to the volume being a 10/10. The small place is charming but on a Saturday night it was impossible to hear. Our waiter was really kind and did his best. He replaced a drink that was just served and accidentally spilled by someone in the party. It took a really long time to get the apps. The 4 goat cheese balls were tasty but served barely warm. We didn’t send them back because it had taken a long time to get them. The Grilled Caesar is interesting, as it is served deconstructed. It needed more dressing. The croutons were yummy but the lettuce was wilted and not crisp. One main dish came out first right after the appetizers. The other dish was delayed by 10 minutes. When it arrived the shrimp tacos were served ice cold and had a very strong fish smell. We sent them back and our waiter took them off the bill. The winner—the boardwalk style fries. They were served hot, well done and lightly salted. We enjoyed the homemade ketchup. Thanks again to our waiter. Maybe Saturday nights are not the best night to dine here."

"Food might be great but the managers at this Piccadilly’s treat their employees like GARBAGE. It’s sad hearing your good friend tell you about how they wouldn’t let them leave their first day because instead of training them they had them doing all the dishes, cleaning and other dirty work until after 10:30pm when every other employee had left. Hope the managers at this one read this because someone should let them know they’ll be looking for another job once the work bureau discovers the way they abuse and mistreat their employees. I love Piccadilly’s but I’ll never be giving my business to the abusive people managing this one. Leaving personal voicemails to employees, cursing them out simply for not answering the phone on their day off, isn’t something a proper manager should be doing."

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time."

"As you enter, you'll find a large menu to choose from, as well as a dessert case displaying the delicious treats available for purchase. The barista at the front was extremely friendly, contributing to the warm atmosphere. The interior has a trendy, modern coffee shop vibe, making it an ideal spot to hang out with friends or to settle in for some studying. There are plenty of small tables for indoor seating, making it a great place to visit after dinner. I tried the Tcho chocolate cream pie, which was rich and full of flavor. The balance between the cream, pie filling, and crust was just right, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I would definitely return to sample other desserts or drinks on the menu and would recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet treat in the South End."

"I finally made it to Deags for breakfast, and you should definitely check this place out! I ordered the California Benedict, which came with homemade hash, and I couldn't resist finishing with a cold brew ice cream—everything was out of this world! The Hollandaise sauce was delicious, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of lemon. The hash was the best I've ever had, and the coffee was bold yet smooth. Isabella enjoyed her Mickey pancakes along with a half-pound of bacon—how fun! The diner was spotless, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the fresh herbs on the counter added a nice touch to this diner run by a professional cook. We can’t wait to come back and try the lunch menu! Excellent job!"

"I made a reservation for 11:30 AM on Sunday, but it turned out I didn’t need it. While the indoor seating was fully booked, there was availability at the bar and outside. The weather was perfect for an outdoor brunch. The service was a bit slow, but I can understand since they were likely quite busy. I ordered the Wild Things, and it was absolutely delicious. It had a wonderful balance of flavors, and it felt like a healthy choice with fresh fish, wholesome ingredients, and a good portion size. I would definitely recommend it. However, the indoor seating looked whimsical, so if you have the chance, try to sit inside."

"We ate at Black Lamb this past Saturday evening we were seated at a lovely table for 2 outside. We had the burrata and fennel salads and shared the lamb ribs. Salads were light and fresh and the ribs were tasty although a bit fatty. Service was good although our server was a bit distracted and we needed to remind him of our wine order and subsequent refills. The restaurant was busy and people continued to come thru the doors as the night progressed with a younger crowd filling the bar area."

"Wait staff was fabulous. Very pleasant experience! Oh my goodness- if in for dinner, get the biscuits!! They are to DIE FOR. My husband had the special- a seafood dish. I had a beet salad with prawns. I recommend the prawns- very good Beets are generally a favorite of mine but I didn’t care for them in this dish. It was a great evening and we would love to return for brunch sometime."

"We purposely booked a hotel right next door so we could easily walk to the restaurant. This was our third visit and we were looking forward to enjoying perfectly made cocktails and delicious meals. Once again, we were not disappointed. The bartender, Wyatt, remembered us, and even remembered my cocktail of choice. We had a great time chatting with other customers at the bar. The restaurant is still known for their large plates and heavy flatware, which I appreciate. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes were a perfect combination and absolutely delicious. The banana bread pudding is a must-try. I also ordered a wedge salad so I could sneak a bite from my husband's large plate."
