"I finally made it to Deags for breakfast, and you should definitely check this place out! I ordered the California Benedict, which came with homemade hash, and I couldn't resist finishing with a cold brew ice cream—everything was out of this world! The Hollandaise sauce was delicious, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of lemon. The hash was the best I've ever had, and the coffee was bold yet smooth. Isabella enjoyed her Mickey pancakes along with a half-pound of bacon—how fun! The diner was spotless, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the fresh herbs on the counter added a nice touch to this diner run by a professional cook. We can’t wait to come back and try the lunch menu! Excellent job!"

I absolutely love the tater tots but how do you get your scrambled eggs so fluffy and tasty? We have tried all the local breakfast places in Stoughton and they are good but hands down- you are the best!

My husband and I have been there a few times for breakfast and have never been disappointed. Everything was great from the food, service and cleanliness. We tried it the other day for lunch and was just as great. You could tell that everything was fresh and good quality. A must try!!!!!

I had the California Eggs Benny. The whole dish was a great surprise!! Eggs were perfect. Hollandaise sauce was on site, and I'm picky about my Eggs Benedict. Home fries perfectly fried with a light seasoning to make them taste special! Now we talk about avocado and tomatoes. OMG. Fresh, cool on the hot dish and so tasteful. Perfection. Hubby had the Cuban that he broke through the entire stomach experience. And the house made chips? Nothing like EVER had crossed my palate. Easy access on Route 27 Directly above the Stoughton line. Make it a point to go to pack some of Deag’s Local Diner’s delights!!! View menu

Went to Deag 's with my son today and was blown away by the food. I ordered The Local so I could try a bit of everything. First of all I rarely eat eggs as I don 't care for them. I ate every bit of these eggs. They were so light and fluffy. I wasn 't pleased that they didn 't have regular pork sausage but I got the chicken sausage instead and it was amazing, so much better than the pork. The homefries were very flavorful and the blueberry pancakes were perfect. My son got the Chicken Gyro with fries and said it was great. The place was super clean and the staff very friendly. I can 't wait to go back.

The owner is a local guy and a BHS grad, and they use local ingredients. When I try a new breakfast place, my top priorities are friendly service, good coffee, and excellent bacon. Deag's Diner exceeded my expectations on all three counts. I had a classic breakfast of bacon and eggs with marble rye toast. My two friends ordered eggs with homemade corned beef hash, and they graciously let me snap a picture and sample a bite. It was outstanding—clearly homemade and possibly the best I’ve ever tasted. They really stand out, especially with those signature fresh strawberries on the plate. The diner is open every day, including Monday. I can't wait to go back!

"Go for the beers but not the food. Portions are tiny... Why are the nachos so tiny?? So disappointing as the flavor and toppings were good but we got like 15 chips. This is one of my biggest pet peeves because chips are a cheap food item and this plate was laughable (see pictures). We also ordered a flatbread which was very small- they had a normal flatbread section and then a lower priced option. We got the normal one and it was smaller than a small bar pizza. For the prices, the portions could be bigger or change the menu to say Small plates. Second pet peeve- completely out of date beer list on a Friday night. 5 beers were missing and our waitress couldn 't really explain the new ones. I also wasn 't sure if they had additional bottle beers. The only had 10-12 drafts which weren 't super interesting. Some were local but they were average at best. We also got dessert which is basically all fried dough options. The Punkin Dunkin dessert of fried pita and pumpkin dip was bigger than any of our food!!! Ridiculous... The maple liquor fried dough was good but hard to cut into the dough bowl with just spoons. Live music was good and it has an excellent cafe casual vibe. We lived near here before this place opened and I would have loved to sit in the cafe relaxing. I might go back but I don 't think it 's worth the drive for a limited beer menu and tiny food portions."
