"When she finally poured my beer, she left it unattended because she didn’t remember who it was for. With the NCAA games on, it was frustrating that she didn’t know how to operate the remote, which meant all four TVs were showing the same thing. I attempted to stream the game on my phone, but the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, leading to some guests leaving in frustration. The burgers we eventually received were decent, but certainly not worth the $14 price tag. On a positive note, the waitress did offer my wife a free drink for forgetting to serve her one earlier. However, when the bill arrived, it included five drinks and two meals that we didn’t order, alongside our own order. She managed to correct the meal errors but struggled to remove the drinks from the bill, so those charges remained, and I deducted them from her tip, which she agreed to. I felt sympathy for the waitress as she shouldn’t have been put in that difficult position. Ultimately, the issues seemed to stem from poor management and lack of proper training. As a business owner myself, I would never leave an employee so unprepared for a situation like that."

Wow what happened? No one here, what place allows smoking in their establishment? Took 30 mins to get melted cold cheese wiz on chips for $13 while staff got their food faster than paying patrons. Stay away. This place used to be worth it.
