"Hi, former worker here. First and foremost, I suggest you don 't order from here. The manager rubs the stains out the smoothie jugs with her bare hands. Everyday I worked I was yelled at for not understanding their heavy accents. From what I 've seen working here, they are very unsanitary. I 've been scolded for using gloves for everything and I was even told stop mopping the lobby everyday. The managers are very rude, especially the old Indian man. He 'd push me out the way everytime I tried to do an order and get mad at me and scream at me for not understanding his accent. The owner spoke to me as if I was incompetent and she 'd make angry faces at me during training then snatch away the sandwich I was making and do it herself. They are also very racist, I 've heard this from other employees of color. The owner Ms Patel would speak to me as if I was a dog and talk to me slowly like I was a child. I suggest you order from the tropical on 21st street instead."
