I stopped by for a quick bite, and it was an excellent experience. The service was incredibly fast, and the staff were very friendly! The food was delicious and served hot. I will definitely be back!

Today I had a first! My son and I went to a late afternoon lunch because we wanted something healthy. The manager took our order and when I started paying, he said it was in the house, he paid it forward! I just wanted to thank you again! That's a nice surprise.

Place never opens on time. Hours read 7-9p. Constantly never opens until 7:30. If you can?t open on time please change your hours. App for this location doesn?t work properly. No detox island green as an option. Other locations are more consistent and professionally ran. View menu

This company could no longer be incompetent. The latest way they screw their customers. Paper cups. Who puts smoothies in a paper cup. Not long. And worse, the cups are smaller than the usual cups. Tropical smoothie calculates a premium for its drinks. But they give you a dollar store product and service. Just round the worst food franchise.

I have no idea what happened to this place in the last few months, but it is a 45-60 minutes waiting for sandwiches and smoothies mobile order placed 20-30 minutes in advance of arriv, and then stand there another 20-30 when you arrive. several times. Provide your mobile order 2 years in advance and then you can get your order in a reasonable time.

This company has reached a new level of incompetence. They've recently found a new way to disappoint their customers. Who puts smoothies in a paper cup? They don't hold up well, and to make matters worse, they're smaller than usual. Tropical Smoothie charges a premium for their drinks, but the quality is more like something you'd find at a dollar store, both in terms of product and service. It's simply the worst food franchise around.

I waited an hour and 10 mins. for 2 smoothies and they weren?t even made correctly, one of them didn?t come anywhere near the top of the cup and the other one had a whole strawberry still in it and was super chunky, I couldn?t even use a straw. People left and right that came in after me got their food and smoothies before me, and I couldn?t make any sense out of it, because my order was in the top left the whole time. And I waited there for basically the whole time and she rudely never really acknowledged me. I don?t really have a reason to ever come back here.

I wanted to share my experience today (22 July 2022) at Roswell, GA at 1:00. There were only two people with me. There were about 12-15 people waiting for their orders that people come and pick up online orders. These two women never seemed overwhelmed and were KILLING IT. You were both on your head to do it. One in the kitchen and the other make smoothies. When I looked around, of course all customers looked angry and impatient. I'm not even sure if they realized it was only 2 people, but I wanted to share how amazing the employees did.
