"what a great restaurant. I always wanted to get in, as it looked like a nice place from the outside and the French menu changed a bit what we usually find in the opposite. we went on a Tuesday for the prix fixe menu, daily for limited hours, but is all day on Tuesdays. my man got the Prix fixes and I just ordered and tempted because I didn't want to eat so much. well, that was my mistake, like the beet and goat cheese starter he had, plus the amazing cream broth with black johannisbeeren dessert (that I might have been a healthy amount of the extra calorie worth. in fact we had both stakfriten and the difference between the size of his and mine was negligible. I will not say that was a cheap meal, but the prix fixe was a good value for absolutely perfect eating. (I will say, although the oysters are not much to write home, but they have no control over how tasty they are. they were fresh and beautifully presented. we didn't even finish the meal before I said I would like to go there in 6 weeks. it is a stylish but irresistible and friendly place to which I cannot wait."

"If there's such a thing as French Bistro comfort food in Vermont, this is the place to get it. This is our favorite goes to spot for lunch or dinner year in and year out. During busy times it's difficult to get a reservation although sometimes they save spots for walk-ins. Outdoor dining on Church Street in season. Can't wait for its new sibling restaurant, Electra's, to open down the road in Shelburne."

"It is unfortunate to see the decline in quality and service at this longtime Bethesda establishment. The last few meals have been disappointing, and it appears they have reached their lowest point. It is a positive development that they are closing this week for remodeling, although it seems like a mistake as the ambiance was the only redeeming quality of the restaurant. Hopefully, the renovation will allow them to start fresh with improved kitchen operations, service, and management. If not, it may be worth taking a short trip on the metro into DC for better food and a superior dining experience at a similar price."

"Maybe I expected more from a Frenchstyle restaurant in the middle of Manhattan, in terms of atmosphere, service and the taste of food. The expectations never matched what was presented to me. Most importantly, the quality and taste of the food disappointed me and my guests. We left the restaurant with halffilled plates and some hunger. The service was friendly and adequate but never personable. The atmosphere was comfortable. The menu selection was what you would expect from a French restaurant. I actually ordered paella, a nontraditional French dish. It was wellcooked but lacked any significant paella flavor. It almost felt under seasoned. My guests said the same thing. Overall, not the greatest eating experience, and not the worst. However, with the multitude of food choices around the area, I will be going elsewhere"

"I frequented this restaurant for many, many years, but the quality of the food has declined significantly since Covid. This is too bad because it used to be so good. The service was always subpar, but now the rudeness of the host and the servers has sunk to new depths. I wonder why they have such an attitude when they are so rarely busy now. Anyway, I made a reservation, but all the decent tables were reserved. so they found a tight little table in the corner. When they couldn 't find my reservation on OPEN TABLE,i found it for them. Anyway, our experience today was not good because the staff was unhelpful, rude, and they made is abundantly clear that they just don 't care. Fine. Why bother with this kind of reception when there are so many options and lots of other good places to go in Cherry Creek? Right? So we left and had a spectacular lunch at North. Always a great choice with good food and a well-trained and pleasant staff. No more Le Merise for me!"

"Pasta Vita has become a staple for us during Covid the portions are very generous, tasty, and easy to heat up. We keep a few meals from Pasta Vita on hand each week in the fridge to make our lives easier and we always look forward to them. We are big fans of the eggplant and chicken parms, the garlic bread, the fresh pasta and even have enjoyed several of their fish and curry options. Could not recommend more!"

"the bastille kitchen is absolutely my new favorite spot! chef kendall and his personal skirt! I have been swinging weekly for several months and has never been disappointed. last night was another excellent culinary experience...from the door to go and greeted by the host andy, followed by attentive service of anna and phil. I have tried the dine out boston menu and enjoyed the incredibly delicious lobster bisque of the chef cook, followed by the equally delicious green circle huhn. next week on my next visit!"

"Johnny's was our first stop before a show at the Overture Center. Our server was very personable and we chatted about visiting Johnny's about 20 years ago for the first time. We started with the blue crab salad and French onion soup, which were wonderful. They made the effort to split these for us. I got the ribeye steak, which was prepared just right. The cheesy, shredded Brussel sprouts are an adventure in indulgence! Just a couple of drawbacks: my hashbrowns were a bit"

"Tria is a lovely space but the food has really gone downhill and the menu is boring. Beet salad was underwhelming to say the least, for the price. I realize the price of everything has gone up but $55 for Scallops? I don’t think so. So much of the food has been disappointing in the last year or so. Also no happy hour, most places have restored that since Covid. Service: Dine in"

"Pasta Vita bills itself as Gourmet to go and they do a delicious job! First, the quality and taste of food is fantastic. Most of the dishes they prepare are enough for two, with sides if you're big eater. From salad to stromboli, with chicken and pasta dishes in between and it is what you would expect from a restaurant at a fair price. Then, the staff are very friendly and service forward. Choose from their menu, if you can't get there for a couple days, call they will save it for you! I do because I go almost every week, love this place!"

"Wonderful find outside of the regular South Beach restaurants. Worth the quick Uber from hotel. Amazing ambience eating on the patio in a Miami neighborhood. Excellent service. Food was amazing. We will be back!"

"It was just as good as ever. Upon arrival the hostess was very pleasant and had our table waiting. Service was excellent; Kevin didn’t rush us, gave us plenty of time to enjoy cocktails and between each course without hovering. We both ordered the tempura lobster as an appetizer. It was presented nicely, although to my liking the chili sauce could be toned down just a bit. Both of us agree the Dover Sole is the best anywhere. Filleted table side, accompaniments of baby carrots, fresh green beans and pan seared potatoes. While the meunière sauce was a finishing touch but yet not to overpower the delicate sole. I declined dessert, my guest ordered the Apple strudel. She neglected to mention her allergies to strawberries while the presentation had a drizzle of berry sauce. It was immediately removed only to be returned as a fresh plate. They couldn’t have been more accommodating to make the evening most enjoyable. It’s so sad to see this restaurant and an era of fine dining disappear."

"From the street, the restaurant looked inviting. On entry, we were welcomed warmly and shown to a cozily located table. The menu offered a good range of classic French dishes, including a version of poutine (a Québécois speciality) with canard. The wine list offered a wide range of inviting wines, we chose a French red from M Chapoutier - delicious! We all three had vegetable soup to start, then we had confit of duck, burger and pizza. When they arrived, the presentation was superb, but it was surpassed by the quality and flavour of the food itself. This was a most enjoyable meal, and when the time for dessert came, the Creme Brulait (1) and Pavlova (2) were all that one could ask for. And all this served up by a friendly, helpful team who made us feel welcome and valued guests."

"We made reservations to experience the veuve clicquot event and it was not the experience I had before at other restaurants. We ordered a bottle and couldn’t get the clicquot bucket or cups that everyone had who ordered a bottle. The event was very unorganized and couldn’t serve everyone properly which was a bummer. The food was ok nothing to rave about. The only thing we did enjoy was the entertainment, he was so good."

"This was my first time visiting, so I need to give this another visit. We were sat in a small side room, at a folding card table. The room was comfortable, but halfway through our meal, one waitress went to the thermostat and CRANKED the heat at the request of one guest seated right inside the door. Other people were sitting comfortably, some even in short sleeves. It was certainly not chilly. But it quickly become unbearably warm. The crab cake appetizer was decent. I've had better quality crab, but this certainly wasn't bad. The scallop appetizer was severely undercooked. I am well aware that scallops should be rare/raw in the center. This was pretty much raw throughout to the point that it stretched in "strings" as I tried to cut it. My wife ordered a pork chop with an apple compote topping. I thought it was delicious, but the apple compote was ICE cold (not even room temp). Very strange on top of a perfectly cooked pork chop. I ordered a steak with potatoes and cipollini onions. I ordered it mainly because I LOVE cipollinis and don't see them often on a menu. I got a perfectly cooked steak with cocktail onions and baby potatoes. Neither my wife nor I received anything but a butter knife to cut the pork chop and the steak. (The steak was pre-sliced, but the slices were rather large Cutting meat with a butter knife on a folding card table made a mess of the drinks. The apple crisp was unique. I loved the spices, but my wife wasn't crazy about it. Either way, it was well made. The creme brûlée was tasty, but one side had a VERY thick layer of caramelized sugar that I couldn't crack with the spoon. The other side had no sugar at all. Lastly, the service was excellent. The waitress was perfect in every way. Attentive, asked before removing anything from the table, really timed her "visits" perfectly. I couldn't ask for anything better in service. All in all, I need to go back. Maybe the kitchen was off their game the night I went"

"A disappointing dining experience to say the least. The establishment was completely empty at 5pm. First red flag. Nobody. In the theater district no less on a Thursday night, right before graduation. Ordered the tuna sashimi, Cleveland onion soup and a filet. The tuna wasn't bad, but zero sauce ? no soy, no ponzu. Lots of avocado and fluff. Not bad though. Cleveland onion soup was very tasty. Best item I ordered. For some terrible reason our entrees were served three at a time. We had nine in our party, 9, then after waiting at least 5 minutes, no joke, three more came. Then, again, after waiting five more minutes, the final three came. It took at least 10 minutes from the first entee placed to the final was set. Food was cold by this time. Ridiculous. Our server was completely unfazed serving us this way. More on him later. Then my entree. I ordered my filet medium. When served, by just looking at it, I could tell it was under temp. I sliced it, and it was blue rare. Very cold center. After waiting a couple minutes, we found another server to take my food back for a recook. Everyone was finished eating at this point when my food was returned. Only now it was still rare, was a slightly less cold center. I think it just sat under a heat lamp. I was starving and couldn't wait for a third recook. Ate what I could. The quality of the meat seemed great, unfortunately the chef there clearly could care less about proper temperatures. No manager appearance either...... Our server forgot drink orders, couldn't be found, and auctioned of food at the table. Just couldn't grasp marking a table as to who got what. On the way out, we saw a cook relaxing at the bar, guess he had a rough shift,,,,, it 6:30....... So many choices to dine downtown, this is not one to impress a guest."

"French cuisine. A very very nice change from the norm of restaurants. Elegant eating, friendly atmosphere, the owners will even come out and talk with you and ask how your day went. I just wished I would've eat there years sooner. But the meals are awesome. We just let our waitress surprise us and let her choose for us. Makes the whole visit even more fun and exciting. Highly recommend going. Dress casual. Can be very romantic as well but it is kid friendly too. Vegetarian options: They have the veggies. Trust me. Try the friend Brussels sprouts. Parking: Up and down the street and beside the buildings Kid-friendliness: Kids menu Wheelchair accessibility: Level with side walks"
