"I absolutely adore deep dish pizza, but have never been able to find a vegan version until now! After 11 years of searching, I finally stumbled upon a place that serves deep dish Sicilian pizza. It is hands down the best pizza I have ever tasted. The crust has just the right amount of crispiness and the cheese is out of this world. My boyfriend and I are completely obsessed with it. I cannot recommend this place enough, it is a must-try! We are willing to drive over an hour just to indulge in this delicious pizza whenever we have the chance. "We ate early and seemed to be forgotten in the 3rd room. We had no napkins at the table and no bread at the table. We were lucky enough to see bread brought it all the other tables in the room as they began to fill up. Food was average and menu was every limited with one of the specials for the night being unavailable at 5:30. Rather disappointing."

"This review is for the Morristown location. Lot was jammed, place is beautiful. We got there with a 7:15 reservation, a man met us on the steps and asked if we had a reservation, told us it would be 20 minutes and had us wait on the porch. We asked and were allowed to come in and pour our own drinks (BYO) at the bar. We asked if we could sit outside and the same man said no. Then other people came in and were greeted by a woman, she sat them outside. So I asked her and she said our table was ready. The server was nice, took appetizer orders and came back with a bread basket that had 3 pieces of bread (we were 4). Then they brought in (literally carried) a table and put it next to us for another couple (who were at the bar when we got there). When the appetizers came (12 tiny clams and a flavorless burrata) we ordered our main courses 3 pastas and shrimp over pasta. After 1:45 minutes with no food we watched the people next to us (same issue) put down some money for their 2 salads and leave. At this point the restaurant was basically empty and of the 10 12 remaining tables no one had food. So we asked again and they said another 5 7 minutes. As it was now 9:40 we put $120 on the table for the marginal clams, bread and cheese and left to make it to the local pizza place that closed in 20 minutes (food and service there was excellent). On the way out a man (different) approached me and said that they were so busy as people came without reservations and they didn't want to turn anyone away. Zero apology or acknowledgment of the disaster unfolding as we saw others in the newly paved parking lot leaving. Food one star,experience zero."

"The service was excellent, and we enjoyed dining outdoors with a lovely view of Pewaukee Beach. It created a nice atmosphere. However, when it comes to the food, I was quite disappointed with my beet salad. I've eaten here several times before, but they should really rename it an arugula salad. The tri-colored beets were almost nonexistent, and the cucumber and radish slices were tiny—so small I needed a magnifying glass to see them. To top it off, there was no goat cheese at all, and the pistachios were hardly more than a sprinkle on my plate. The dressing was good, but I’m not sure if the blame lies with the chef or the owner. Overall, it was the worst beet salad I've ever had in terms of quality, especially for $15. My husband enjoyed a delicious turkey club with fries for $18, which makes the value assessment seem off. This was the first time I've been really disappointed with my meal at this restaurant."

"I am not sure why so many of the reviews are so good with 5 stars. Maybe it is because 82 Queen has lots of potential to be a great restaurant. It has a charming location in the heart of downtown. Several small dining rooms make the place quiet and intimate. But we cannot taste ambience! We ordered the namesake Queen Salad and found a large salad (large enough for three kind of large) made with what looks like triple-washed greens from the supermarket (you know the kind that comes in a bag) dressed in Krafts ranch dressing with shredded Cheddar and bacon bits-reminds me of salad bars from my college dining hall. The salad foreshadowed the rest of our meal which was very underwhelming. The crab cake was bland. So was the seafood gumbo, it was thin and tasted like a vegetable soup with a few shrimp thrown in. What happen to the roux? The bright spots of the whole evening was the She crab soup and the mini biscuits and salted butter. Even then, The She crab soup is only average. The staff could have been trained a little better-our server left an unused wine glass on our table throughout the evening-he should have cleared it since only one of us was having wine. He also did not clear our used plates until our next course was served. Our dinner costs about the same as the one we had the previous night at The Ordinary but the differences between the two meals were like night and day."

"We went yesterday, Christmas Day, first time, for the Christmas Day Buffet. The hostess were Yes very helpful, and seated us right away.Our drinks were really good and well made. If you’re looking for a nice wonderful night out, more fancy than the normal Island places this is the place, it’s well worth the drive to get there!Our food service, were excellent, our server Jenny N was attentive, and served our beverages promptly, and gave great table side service.The Christmas Buffet was presented in a professional manner, all food was hot, and the dessert station was presented very appealing!We definitely will be back, and recommend The Chateau to anyone wanting a wonderful dining experience, with great ambiance, great food, and great service! Frustrated, we decided to leave at 8:25. As we passed the hostess, she offered an apology, but honestly, she should have taken more initiative to ensure we were being served, especially since I had approached her twice about our lack of attention.
