"I used to order from this place when it was called Penelope's so I decided to give Rony's a try. I ordered a large plain pizza for take out. That's it. A simple order. Got the pizza burned. Took it back inside to get my money back. Was offered another large plain that was already in another box, but I didn't want it. (How long has it been sitting there? Who knows, who cares The owner, I'm guessing, starts talking back to me when I simply stated I wanted my money back. Mind you, I was not being hostile at all. He just didn't want to waste money and throw out the pizza. Maybe don't burn the pizza for your customers next time. So get this, he said it was my fault and that I should've asked for a lightly cooked pizza. Really? You mean that I have to call and order a lightly cooked pizza every time because you don't know how to make pizzas? So, please tell me, who calls and orders a burned pizza? Instead of apologizing, he keeps running his mouth and tells me how he has lots of customers (yet his parking lot is empty). I feel sorry for the fools who order anything from this dirty pizza place. By the way, what do you think he did with the burned pizza he gave me after I returned it? Do you think he threw it out? Nope! He put it on top of his oven and will probably try to pass it off on the next customer. I wouldn't give Rony's pizza to a starving rat, it's that bad."

"I ordered one dish and found the food to be good, the service fast, and the staff pleasant. I have never had any major issues, and when I did, they were handled nicely. I know prices have gone up due to supply issues and current circumstances, but it still may be a bit expensive. Overall, it's a good place and I would recommend it."

"Waiting to be seated took a long time, even after I mentioned to the hostess that I had joined the waitlist. Once we finally got to our table, we had to wait another 10 minutes for a server to come over. When she did, her approach was quite abrupt—she jumped right in with “What do you want?” instead of offering any sort of greeting. However, once we placed our orders, things improved. The food arrived promptly, but the chicken fajitas lacked flavor. On the bright side, the elotes were fantastic!"

"On August 12, 2018 my wife and I went to Detroit Seafood Market and had dinner before seeing Wicked at the Detroit Opera House. My wife had the stuff Salmon and I had the grilled pork chops. We thought that this was one of the best meals we had ever had. So we decided to make reservation for August 28, 2018 for our 25th Wedding Anniversary, well in a two week period it went from one the best meals we have ever had to one of the absolute worst! They were extremely understaffed, it took 10 minutes just to get water and another 15 minutes to receive a drink. Salad and dinner rolls took another 10-15 minutes to receive. We could tell the wait staff was very stressed as one of the male waiters throw things and swore several times on the floor. Our waitress was pleasant, but overwhelmed, same waitress we had on 8/12/18. We order the same meal we had on 8/12, when we received the food, my wife's Salmon was mostly raw and the vegetables and rice were cold, my grilled pork chop was not grilled (no grill marks any where), but had been fried! It was dry and burnt on the meat's surface and like shoe leather and again all the vegetables were cold. We waited another 10 minutes before our waitress came back to check on us and showed her the plates of food, she said she would get manager, which took another 10 minutes before manager showed up. The manager was apologetic and offered to remake meals herself, but it would take another 15-20 minutes. At that time we had had enough and our 25th Wedding Anniversary dinner had already been ruined. We told manager that we just wanted to leave, which we did. "I rarely go to Napoli for a pizza , but my work orders from here a couple times a year. The other day I was craving a semi greasy New York Pepperoni Pizza and some Chicken Fingers. I got the $11.00 Pick Up 14 One Topping Special with Pepperoni and half with Green Peppers and also an order of Medium Chicken Fingers with no fries for around $15.00. The place is pretty large inside and usually at least half full with customers dining in. Lots of people order here for takeout. When my work gets a couple pizzas from here they get the Huge 30 Inch Pizza or something like that. I'm including a picture of 2 of my co-workers holding up an empty box just to show you how big it is ! It's definitely good for an office party or football party. The pizza here is just okay , not really my go to , but when you have that certain craving it hits the spot. The chicken fingers were pretty big and pretty good and came with ranch. It's hard to believe how much chicken fingers and wings have gone up at every restaurant so you want to make sure you go somewhere that you get what you paid for. My box was pretty full. Of course I had plenty of leftovers for the next day , pizza and chicken fingers. The service here is okay , not overly friendly , but some people have commented they were rude to them , but I've never had that happen to me. Vegas has tons of places for pizza so I have several that I frequent depending on what I want , Chicago , New York , Thin , Thick , Cheap , Gourmet. Luckily we have so many choices in town unlike many places who may only have the chains to choose from. I didn't need a 2 liter of soda , but I asked just to see how much they were and they were $6.00 wow. The last 2 liter I bought I paid $2.49 for. I know it's a convenience thing , but over twice the price is a bit much. Luckily I had several cases of different sodas at home."

"We have been to Fratellos twice in the last 2 months. Service was good , food was average. I ordered the same meal both times and the second time it had probably half the amount of eggplant on it. While it can be a great local establishment, at this point the facility could definitely use some updating. Its dark and dingy and could be so much better."

"When COVID altered our Christmas plans at the last minute on Christmas Eve, we called Southampton Pizza and placed an order for two pies to go. When going to pick up our order, the staff was friendly and in a good mood considering that they were working Christmas Eve. Our food was ready when they said it would be, and the pizza was FANTASTIC. The sauce, the cheese especially the crust. You can tell these folks take pride in the food they prepare!! Highly recommend this pizza joint we'll definitely be back."

The place is actual ran by some Turkish immigrants, I had the gyro and my companion had the cob salad, we had cheesey garlic bread and deep fried mushrooms for appetizers. As we where finishing up our meal the father of one of the Turkish family brought to our table a homemade dessert they where having it was very good"

"Let me start off by saying I’m really upset and wish I didn’t have to write this review. My husband and I have been coming for quite some time now and WE LOVE THE FOOD. Yesterday (08/24/2023) my husband placed an order for a #9 but got a specialty pizza so the price came out to $60. We immediately called back and asked to change the pizza for a regular one topping so we could get the deal for $45.99 instead. The lady on the phone was super helpful and said it was no problem. When picking up the pizza we let the cashier now we switched the pizza for a 1 topping and the price should be different. The lady was going to ask a male worker and another lady w/ a strong accent told her “ don’t ask him questions and charge the customer “ we let her know what was going on and it didn’t make sense why we would pay 60. She got upset and proceed to ask us if we wanted to see the pizza she originally started to make and had to throw away. We let her know that we called right away to make sure it would be okay and we we’re told it was. She did not want to change the price so we paid over $15 extra bc I was not going to sit there and argue with someone who did not care to even work with us.I will never be coming back due to the disrespect she not only gave us but her employees. You do not speak to anybody especially your staff like that. She then says “ I can give you a dessert and that’s about it” horrible customer service on her part."

"As always food was great!! Our favorite server John was getting ready to end his shift, and asked to stay later to serve our table, which the manager was so nice enough to allow. John is a great server, always has a smile, happy to give suggestion and very attentive. Beautiful evening on the patio celebrating my husband's birthday! This is our go to BBQ when we aren't at our other home in Texas! True BBQ! Meat platters are always great, cornbread is amazing, deviled eggs are a must, and I tried the carnitas tacos this time and they were delicious! Always a great experience!"

"Called in on a Friday night around 7 p.m. around 8:15 p.m. still no delivery called back and ask about my order after about 10 minutes of holding and the person asking me multiple questions she came back on and said that for some reason the order must have never printed. So two and a half hours later after the original call no discount offered no apology no anything other than oh well the ticket didn't print. The fries were soggy and one of the the gyro was made incorrectly, no marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Completely disatisfiedThen after 30 minutes another delivery driver shows up with another order,smh I inform him we got our order 30 minutes ago. He don't believe me asks me to show receipt. I show him the receipt and he says oh OK and leaves. Didn't offer the food or nothing. We order from here 2 or 3 times a week but after this were good.Updated the female General manager reached out to us via phone and listened to our concerns. She checked the system and realize that we order frequently from this location. She offered us a free meal plus a $10 coupon on to the next order. We contacted her about 3 days after her contacting us and she kept her word and even personally delivered our food. She apologized once again. This shows a lot of respect and went a long way. Out of 75 times that we have ordered here we have only had one issue and hope that they continue to focus on quality food and great customer service."

"I love Il Panino, both the people who work there and their excellent food. This past weekend, they catered a 90th birthday party for my mother. I love this business because I had no idea what I was doing when I initially reached out to them, meaning I didn't even know what to order for my mom's party. The lovely Jody, who handles catering, helped me with everything. She was so kind, patient, and accommodating. Everything that I ordered for our party was perfect: specialty sandwiches, potato and macaroni salads, bang bang shrimp (AWESOME! and yummy food for the kiddos! Everyone at the party raved about the food. Anthony prepared our order and delivered it to my house. What a nice guy and what a fantastic cook. I can't wait to go to Il Panino's with my hubby for dinner. And their prices are reasonable. Il Panino is a great place."

"My friends and I came inside the store to use the restroom, and typically to use a restaurant’s bathroom you have to pay before doing so which was fine with us. We walked up to the lady in the picture and said hello to her and she immediately got nasty with us and yelled “you have to buy something to use the bathroom” I guess that’s how they greet people. I told her hey I said hello and she responded back with a dry hi. We asked if someone else could help us and she responded back no. My friends and I continue to tell her like hey can you change your attitude because it’s not very welcoming and she was still nasty. I started recording her because she was being super aggressive and kicked us out the store for asking her to have customers service skills. We definitely felt as if we were being treated badly because we’re black. We came in the restaurant polite and quiet so just confused on the mistreatment. She knew she was wrong because I asked for her name multiple times and she wouldn’t give it to me."
