"Okay... E3... They 've been on my list since they opened but we just haven 't made time to go. I 'm glad we finally did and can confidently say that, based on my experience last night, this is one of the best steakhouses in Nashville. They have been open since November 2019, just before you know what, and had all the same struggles as everyone else in the service industry, but over the last six months or so they 've been able to make an incredible come back. A couple different GMs, a couple different chefs, etc, etc. That said, the team that is there last night absolutely seems to have their stuff together. We were able to meet several members of the staff and every single one of them was extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Service is obviously the driving factor here and it was, in every way possible, top notch. This is a high end restaurant and the experience, obviously, comes with a higher price tag. That said, there were several things I noticed during service that absolutely elevated the experience and made the cost worth it for us. One was the interaction of the staff with their guests. The section of the restaurant in which we were seated was basically in the middle of the room giving us rhe opportunity to see most of what was going on and from what I could tell everyone was well taken care of. For us personally, our server (Sofia and server assistant (Maria were both engaging and knowledgeable, table side exchanges with both Chef Steven and the sommelier (Dino were professional but friendly, and we also had an opportunity to meet the new GM (Michael who was beyond generous with his time and gave us a quick tour of the restaurant after dinner. There were a few other things like Sofia sharpening our steak knives at the table before presentation and Maria bringing a trolley to the table to box our leftovers that were just nice little extra touches that made the experience better and I personally enjoyed the entire evening. We will definitely return. (Oh... Complimentary valet parking is also available. Not having been, I was a little confused on how to get there, but trust your GPS. It was right and I didn 't listen. "party of seven to birthday party. had a reservation with much note. two small tables of different heights were pushed together. uneven heights made it difficult for two people to find a place to put a plate. the order was accepted quite quickly. servier plates, appetizers and beverages were taken out within 10 minutes. it took a while until the dinner arrived. while we waited, no one came to the table to remove the empty appetizers and plates. when six of the seven dinners arrived, the server pressed the plates simply on the table and went away. So, now we are faced with six escapes, seven empty feed plates and four empty feed tablets and several empty drinks is on two small uneven tables. it took one because to find our server to ask for the 7th escape. also asked them to remove the empty feed plates and tablets. I think she forgot to order the 7th escape based on how long it took until it finally came out. Of course, at that time everyone else was eating ice cold. has not complained. it was. next I see the check has dropped. we probably told the server at least three times that we celebrate birthday. yet she falls off the hustle and bustle without asking if someone wanted something else to be gloomy? with a coaxing from us, the server has taken over the desert order. of course was served gloomy without removing any of the tellers. overall, unpleasant experience. eating was not only cold, but subpar, and that's nice. strong hit them another place to spend $275 for cold, lousy burger, fries service."

"I don't even know where to begin. This had to. E one of my BEST experiences as far a food, ambiance, customer service and drinks all being a I had nothing bad to say about this place. Fro. The moment we walked in to check in for our reservation the host and as welcoming and inviting and just nice. Our waiter was extremely nice I am so sorry I can't remember his name but he was the absolutely sweetest a most gracious waiter. He was getting assistance from Sarah, at least since we couldn't make up our minds she came back and took our order. I had a Tito's Lemon Drop Martini no sugar on the rim and it was PERFECT! Now the food. I had the mussels my husband had the buffalo chicken fingers as an appetizer. Both were delicious. However they made a mistake and did one of the finger fish instead of chicken. Can I say I wasn't made cause it was good as hell! I told them they should out it on the menu. I had the crab cake as a main w the lobster Mac, mushrooms and spinach. My husband had the salmon with mash potatoes and spinach. Both of us highly enjoyed our meal. Oh I almost forgot. The broth from the mussels was to die for. I love broth, and there was so much left I didn't want to let it go, so Sarah offered to pack it to go for me. I had the creme brulee and my husband the Carmel cheesecake. Again to die. After all that the manager came and apologied for the one wrong chicken fingers which we laughed at. Personally I thought I was the best surprise.in addition they gave us fish tacos to go. Which we ate the next day and damn eye roll with a smiley face...AMAZEBALLS!!! AGAIN hands down this was the best dinner holistically hands down! Thank you guys for such AMAZING SERVICE! WE WILL BE BACK!"
