"After a day of shopping, we were in search of a dinner spot and decided to check out this restaurant. Unfortunately, the main dining area was not open when we asked at the hotel front desk (the restaurant is located within the hotel), but we were able to order from the bar section. We opted for the salmon with mashed sweet potatoes and black lentils, as well as the turkey burger melt. The food was decent and the service was satisfactory. My favorite part of the meal was definitely the cold Brooklyn lager."

Flavortown downtown! It's time Brooklyn hotel food meets the new high standard as current Manhattan Hotel Food.

I tried to call and order to go but only get the front desk of the hotel. Nobody in the restaurant answers the phone, it just keeps going back to the front desk of the hotel and they transfer you over and over.

We visited this restaurant for breakfast after leaving another hotel. We primarily ordered eggs, but it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive despite the place being mostly empty. The eggs were mediocre at best. The poor service we experienced makes it unlikely that we will return.

Although my food was more than an hour late, it was comped for the inconvenience. I enjoyed the Butter Sage Grits with Steak Sirloin and Chimichurri sauce, along with a Churro Sundae, all for free during my stay in the Executive Suite. Despite the delay, I would definitely return for the delicious food and great ambiance.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
