"The food is a three, the service is a five, so I’ll assign four stars. No-frills pub with pub staples like fish n chips, shepherds pie, hot chicken sliders, crab dip, tater tots, fries, burgers, and other types of sammies. I had the smoked Gouda Mac n cheese (wish I had remembered to ask for bacon). It was hot and creamy, but I think it could have used some seasoning. I also had the Nashville hot chicken sliders. I understand what they were trying to go for with the breading, but my patties weren’t terribly cohesive, and the breading fell off after a couple bites. I had the cucumber cooler, the Paloma, and another drink at the recommendation of my server. All of them were pretty good, especially at 15 dollars, but none were breathtaking. My server was understated, but very attentive. She gave me recommendations on the menu. And when a large 10 top was sat right next to my single table, she astutely noticed how that might diminish my dining experience and moved me right away. Prices were very fair, especially given the area. Most things were 12-15 dollars. The most expensive thing is the fish n chips at 23 dollars. Would I got back here again and again? Nah. It’s basic bar food and decent drinks. But the service was excellent and it was a convenient snack on a long day out. I definitely don’t regret stopping in."

Nice bar with good bar food. The burger with blue cheese was good.

Helped me put together a work happy hour for about 15-20 people with a day's notice. Nice and helpful staff, pleasant spot, good food.

Went here for dinner. food was OK nothing amazing. Cocktails were not very nice. As for the staff they were rude and not very helpful when ask about gluten free.

Ok happy hour experience — beers, well drinks and cocktails are $6-$10 on weekdays from 4-7pm, which is good for NYC. However, the waiters were often forgetful and we had to repeat our orders several times. Spacious outdoor seating available.

Plenty of space inside and outside, good drinks, and service is good at the bar. It is normally busy and pretty loud, so a great place to hang out with friends, as long as you don't want some quiet to discuss deep topics(unless you are already a few drinks in)! View menu

DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE.The staff was immensely unpleasant. First, they gave us a hard time with seating. They claimed a reservation was required, mind you the place was mostly empty at 4 in the afternoon. Then as more of our group showed up the staff started giving us looks and made an issue when we needed extra chairs. In the end we ended up canceling our orders which did not arrive, paid for the drinks and left. This place is extremely unprofessional and overeated.I hope this review is helpful to someone.

Adequate, but not a great value. We thought that a place couldn't survive at this location if it wasn't good but perhaps it can survive if it is good enough. We started off with vodka martinis. We asked for them slightly dirty. Either the waitress didn't share this correctly with the bartender, or the bartender botched it, but we got martinis with so much olive juice they were actually green. We sent the drinks back and got decent martinis with an olive and no juice fairly soon. The only drinks which qualify for the happy hour special are the ones that are mostly mixer and just have a shot of liquor no great discount there. We got a kale salad with added chicken, which was okay. The pulled p...

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
