"We have enjoyed visits to other Roy's locations in the past, and this one did not disappoint. The food was as good as always,and the service provided by Daniel was nothing short of excellent. When my wife's main course came out on the cool side he immediately got her a freshly cooked and hot one, and apologized by offering us a free dessert. Overall a very good experience. we will continue to visit Roy's locations when we can as we know we will be in for a good meal and service"

excellent dinner, great service from all the staff we met. roy’s is one of our favorite restaurants and that was our first time to visit the Phoenix site. very recommend Roys...big location, happy hour (aloha hour) and amazing menu. we will go here twice in 4 days, we love it so much!

The food was amazing, and our waiter Cole did so much to make our anniversary dinner special. He has great recommendations and was very attentive and friendly. The canoe for two appetizer had great variety, and I loved my braised short rib and my husband enjoyed his ahi. Would absolutely recommend Roy's!

modern and casual eating. some in jacken, many others in beautiful warm and beautiful jeans. diverse but stylish. server paul was excellent, appreciated his work. eating was very good, we had braided short ribs, lobster bisque and maui wo garnelensalat. all very good. no alcohol ordered, bill was about $80. Server was not as attentive and kind. She was not rude either just felt she doesn’t like her job. Mangement should create good conditions for their employees We were told that the espresso machine was out of order and my guest couldn’t order espresso martini Also, the vegetarian noodle dish I ordered had no eggplant which what the main vegetable as they didn’t have eggplant Over all not the best experience

we have eaten in most roys restaurants since its openings in hawaii. love the diversified menus, originality of recipes, magnificent presentation and excellent service. it is amazing how each of roys restaurants deliver the same quality and ambiente wherever they are. the magic drive into the hotel marriott ridge creates the aura of its special evening. if you want a restaurant for a special occasion, roys is the perfect place.
