"I had a reservation for 4 at 8:15, we arrived at 8:02pm to be told that we have a couple of parties in front of us and we have to wait 15mins. Which was fine until it ended up be a longer wait n to find out the party in front of us has already been waiting 45mins and their reservation was for 8pm. While we were talking to the other party waiting a server decided to interrupt my conversation to ask if we had a problem. Which at this point is very rude but yes I do. We had a reservation and y’all clearly don’t care about other times or reservations. N to make matters worst there’s no place to even wait. Usually people wait in the waiting area or the bar which was nonexistent at this place. You’re standing in a Small hallway praying to stay out the way as customers come and go. If you want a drink you have to walk down the street to the Ace hotel. Once we were finally sat down our waitress was the same person that interrupted my conversation. The food was ok, def wasn’t worth the price. Drinks took forever to come. We ordered the seaworthy roll, the whole fried fish, ceviche, dozen of chargrilled oysters, half dozen of raw, burger and dip (but the dip was sold out) It all needed more seasoning expect the raw oysters. The chargrilled oyster were a huge disappointment. Only thing that was truly amazing was the fries and ceviche. Overall just a huge disappointment for a $350 bill."

"This is literally the first negative OpenTable I've ever written, I've worked in fine dining for years and have always believed in good review karma and just "letting it go" when I've had a bad experience somewhere. Market Street has now broken that streak The bar seating booths around the bar are beautiful. The lighting is perfect for date night. The menu is wide and has lots to offer. Market Street as a whole is a great machine and will continue on and do well, with or without my review, but has a GM of different restaurants at different times, and a server myself for many years, I would want to know about my service staff. My husband and I made reservations with a cheery, helpful, enthusiastic "Dave" for this last Friday night. We mentioned a certain special occasion and he was glad to leave a note for me, and our table reflected that he did indeed convey the message. We arrived a little early for drinks and checked in with the CUTEST hostess I've ever met, Lynda, who nailed it at her job, and I wish we were hiring at the moment... she kept us updated on our table being ready at and never forgot us, kept checking on us at the bar while we enjoyed our first course until it was I ordered a martini that bartender promptly served me, but it was flowing, and I mean flowing, over the rim, down onto his hand, and all over the napkin it was placed on. Lower your guys' wash lines on drinks so that ladies dont have to slide a drink across the bar and bend over and sip without picking it up. Once we were seated at our booth is when Kelly took over. We dont look like the older, rich couples that we saw around us? But we had come to spend some money. Kelly's "just tell me your order so I can go away" attitude turned us off to that idea quickly. Zero hello, zero suggestions, not once did he check on our food rule! C'mon.. We got the check after appetizers and went back to our hotel room across the street ordered room service instead"
