"Great food, casual atmosphere ... perfect for a family in town dinner. This place was recommended by my boyfriend who also joined us .... figured why not try for NYC Restaurant Week! Teh food was amazing and where restaurants usually cut their portions slightly for Restaurant Week, CRAVE did not! Each plate was of substantial size and absolutely delicious. We had the Calamari, Fish Tacos, Lobster Thai Curry, Shrimp Black Ink Spaghetti, Salmon and Seabass. To end our meal, we all had Magnolia Bakery's Banana Bread Pudding ... WOW!!! The only issue we had was that CRAVE was very busy and therefore, we waited long for our waitress to take our orders. However, once the orders were in que, they came fairly promptly. Overall, a good experience and value."

The food was good, the service was excellent. The atmosphere a little loud. Not a lot of menu options but still food was very good. I do recommend the oyster shooters. The salmon tostadas are on point. Calamari was good but the salmon tostadas are excellent. View menu

We had a wonderful experience at Crave Fishbar! We were able to take advantage of the happy hour and enjoyed delicious cocktails and oysters to kick off our dinner. We had one dish we knew we wanted to try the lobster curry (which was to die for! and asked the staff for recommendations to round out the meal. From start to finish, the service and food was top notch. Highly recommend!

Absolutely no doubt this is the best oyster seafood bar in New York City!!! CRAVE is the flagship food heaven spot known to midtown city dwellers, workers, and discovered by tourists from around the world. The carefully thoughtful sourced seafood from all over the U.S. is incredible culinary experience everyone should try while visiting this hidden gem. Lobster, whole fish, oysters, tacos, grilled octopus, clams all exceptionally fresh. A new sushi bar is popular too! Cocktails/Drinks/service also fantastic! Owner/staff (Brian/Carlos) known for great details, hospitality for many years! Expanded to both West and East side locations for good reason! Enjoy!

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
