"The food, beverages and service were excellent, and our table in the back looked into the garden...too bad it was a little chilly to dine outside. The only drawback was the noise level as there does not appear to be any soft surfaces to reduce the noise. We were seated next to a table of 6 or 7 and they were having lively conversation with lots of laughs. Nice folks but we were not unhappy when they finished. Reina was a good value and we'll go again when we come back to Frederic."

"My fiancé and I decided to check out this restaurant's Sunday happy hour one afternoon. They had a variety of specials on both food and drinks. The dishes were all made with high-quality ingredients and tasted delicious. The only downside was that the portions were a bit small for the price, but that seems to be common for the area. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend stopping by, especially during happy hour."

The staff is very friendly and always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I've consistently had great experiences dining in or ordering from Mannen, and I highly recommend it to others. Recently, after a disappointing encounter with a DoorDash driver, Mannen impressed me with their exceptional customer service by offering to remake my entire meal just before closing time. "The salsa at this restaurant is amazing, and the service and environment are great. However, the chefs need improvement as all the dishes taste very similar and are overcooked. The seared burn marks on the meats and similar seasoning make all the dishes blend together. This was my second time experiencing this issue and I may not return if invited again. Despite this, the vibe is fun and enjoyable, so I would recommend going for drinks instead. Overall, the restaurant could benefit from having better chefs."

"Love this place for when I really want to treat my family to something special. I had Spanish mackerel sushi which was was smooth and buttery. The waitress suggested the banh-something roll and I was quite pleased with the flavor... the spicy little kick at the end was good and not too spicy.The only hiccup was that the waitress forgot to put my mom's order in, so unfortunately it came much later, but I'm still eating it a 5 stars because the manager took care of it right away and the waitress did a great job otherwise, from answering all our questions, seeming very knowledgeable, and asking if we were there for a special occasion; it was my son's birthday and the free mochi dessert was a lovely touch ?"

"The appetizers and the main courses were all excellent. In particular the teriyaki salmon was among the best prepared salmon I have ever had. The presentation of the dishes is beautifully done. Service could have been a bit more attentive. Count on having to valet park as self parking is virtually impossible. Although I had an open table confirmed reservation the host did not have it on her sheet. It was not a problem as they had available tables however, if you go through the trouble of making the reservation it should make it to the restaurant."

"Literally the best sushi delivery I've ever had. I'll even go as far as to say it's better than Blue Ribbon. Don't think twice. Order now. It's all so fresh; the sushi rice is deliciously seasoned and perfectly cooked. The miso soup has an element of umami I haven't even enjoyed from Nobu not to mention the soy cubes in the soup are simply gastronomic. Can you tell I was pleased? I could go on, but I'll spare you. Anymore time reading this is more time delayed between you and a delicious meal which in this case, would be a serious error."

"We had a reservation for and we were seated immediately but apparently they didn’t want us to sit there so they asked us to move..... no biggie but they placed us behind the chef. Not cool! So we moved to the other side of the dining room and the waiter who looked like he came off a rough night told us he was really busy and that he would be back when he could. We took all the signs and just left and went to Japanese Kitchen. Which was an AMAZING experience. I hope this experience was just a little mishap and that it’s not a sign that this place is being run poorly. Usually pretty fun ."

"I'm moving to Toledo and was asking around to see what vegan options were available. People recommended Spicy Tuna but I was still not prepared to see that they had a veganized version of basically everything on their menu in a separate menu. I went back 2 days in a row! I had their heart stoppers (jalapeno poppers), their rainbow roll, Vegas roll, and got their general taos tofu to go. The sushi was some of the best sushi I'd ever had vegan or otherwise! The heart stoppers were also amazing! And while the general taos tofu as a whole was only ok, the sauce itself was phenomenal! They have vegan cream cheese, salmon, and tuna alternatives that were really good and the price was not much more than the grocery store sushi I find here in Charlotte! Also, everyone was so friendly! This is a place I will be frequenting often! "Flavor of food was between ok and good, nothing special. I had higher expectations after seeing reviews. I ordered a pasta dish with sausage. I appreciate the pasta, sauce and sausage all being homemade, but I was disappointed when the dish arrived with 3 small bites of sausage. I ordered a cocktail that arrived weak and mostly ice in the equivalent of a juice glass. When the waitress observed I drank it in a few sips, I asked for another, but without ice. What I got was an 8oz glass of milk with a shot of Kahlua in it. Not a way to impress. I just wanted a good drink."

The waitress came up to tell me that the kitchen was backed up but HOW? The party that came in 30 mins after me got their food before me. To top that off, the customer service is HORRIBLE. "I have been there countless times for birthdays, celebrations and business dinners and Bar Frites never disappoints. The food is consistently fantastic, the ambience is terrific and lively and the wait staff are always delightful and accommodating (including, but not limited to our favorite waiter, Jack). Our all times favorites are the fish tacos, scallops and rib eye steak. Leave room for dessert as the strawberry napoleon and apple tart are heavenly."

"New member is added to Mikomi, a Cat Robot. They have not utilized this robot. When the Robot arrived to the table, the waitress stood next to the robot and put the dish on the table.... Hum .. actually the customer can get it from the robot, extra hand from the waitress is not necessary. When I am in a mood to eat Japanese food, Mikomi is my first choice. It's not the best but decent. Or sushi or sashimi will be better than rolls. Rolls always are not my favorite. The waitress checked with me quite often enen I seated at the patio."

"The food drinks were great as always, but we had to ask four times for bread before getting a bread basket. We even asked two people, including our server. Then, the bread basket we got was nowhere near as full as usual, and the bread was so over baked that we couldn’t eat it. We told our server, and he said he’d get us a fresh bread basket, but we never got one. Service is usually better than this at Bar Frites, but our experience that night was very frustrating."

"Our family enjoyed the outdoor seating and the waiters did a great job of quickly pushing other tables in when it was raining out of the blue. We were under an umbrella and a big tree and didn't have to move and the rain stopped quickly. Our teenage kids weren't in many nice restaurants and they loved the creative starters, especially the homemade croutons on the Caesar salad, delicious! We all had very good meals and were too full for dessert, which is unfortunate because I have eaten the chocolate bread pudding with Baileys before and it is divine! There are so many tasty options and we enjoyed the scallops as well as the duck, key lime chicken and the flank. You can't go wrong!"

"Smack in the middle of the village with ample parking lots around! Food is great and service is pretty quick! They do a lot of takeout so you know it’s a hot spot in the neighborhood. Dining in is also a nice vibe! I ordered the tempura chicken with avocado in soy paper with a strawberry Japanese soda. TIP: Don’t skip paying for parking as this town will ticket you for anything (including registration). Wheelchair accessibility: There’s no step you can roll right up! It is a tight squeeze once you’re in but I’d suggest sitting by the window."

"A friend recommended it, and I am so glad they did! This was a treat for my daughter 's birthday, and good sushi is one food my adult children can agree on. My son was leary because this was our first time here, but was quickly impressed by the atmosphere and service. This was soon overtaken by the quality of the sushi itself. The fish was fresh, and presentation on point! The entire experience was enhanced with the occasional complemtary, sample selections served, the complimentary birthday dessert, and balloon blossom presented to my daughter just for mentioning we were celebrating! Kid-friendliness: My children have grown up as sushi lovers. I started them with less challenging, veggie, and cooked options early. There were several families with children of ALL ages while we were there enjoying themselves. There are lots of menu options to choose from and balloon swoards for the asking!"

"I hadn't visited Mio in a while, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The interior is very cozy, clean, and tidy, making it a lovely spot for a lunch or dinner. The portions are generous and everything tastes fresh. Their lunch specials are quite affordable, perfect for those on a budget who still want to enjoy good sushi. I ordered the bento box ($14.95) and salmon roe nigiri ($7.95). While the nigiri is a bit pricier than some other places, the quality and portion size definitely made it worth it! I plan to return frequently for lunch whenever I'm in the Camas area. The parking situation can be a bit tricky due to the busy complex—it's a bit of a gamble; you either get lucky or end up walking. The service was excellent—quick, friendly, and attentive, with tea refills coming without even needing to ask. Overall, a delightful experience!"
