From now on, I will choose to drive further to the next nearest location to avoid this one altogether."

"The food was excellent! Unfortunately, they did forget to include our Cajun biscuit and Bo rounds. On top of that, the cashier was rather rude and kept rolling her eyes while I was trying to place my order. I understand that it can be hectic when it's busy; I work in the food industry and customer service too, so I know it’s not always easy. However, that doesn't justify treating customers poorly."

"To make matters worse, the sandwiches I've received have often been stale, dry, and overcooked to the point of being difficult to chew. Since I usually stop at Bo's while traveling, I often find myself having to pick apart the sandwiches to eat only the parts that are somewhat edible. This is unacceptable, especially considering they seem to prepare one order at a time. It feels like I’m being served chicken that has been left under a heat lamp for too long and then refried in a failed attempt to reheat it. I've tried giving them several chances, but I’m officially done with this place. Next time, I will seek out a more reputable Bo's with professional staff and fresh food. It’s evident that they need more employees, better training, and competent managers and supervisors to uphold a professional standard."

"Food was great and hot! Those biscuits, enough said. I thought meals come with a soda but that is $2.39 extra after I paid $9 for a 2 piece? I asked for BBQ sauce, thinking okay what harm would one do with my chicken meal but I had to pay for that as well? I know all about inflation but the other fast food places are not charging. My only option was ketchup or hot sauce. I got ignored when I asked for a bag because the employees were to busy having a conversation, I had to grab it myself. They might have charged me if they actually gave it to me."

"We stopped into the BoJangles in Burgaw, NC tonight around 8:30. Their sign said open until 10:30 pm. After waiting at the counter for at least 10 minutes, a young man came over to take our order. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. He replied that they were cooking some now and it would be about 8 minutes. I said that was fine, I didn 't mind waiting. My husband ordered the 2 piece dark dinner. The young man said we don 't have any chicken. We just have 1 breast and that 's all I was afraid to ask what they had planned to put on my sandwich. I promise the sign out front says BoJangles Chicken ! We said we would just go elsewhere. Why were they open? Just so they could tell everyone that they don 't have chicken? Sorry folks, no pictures cause we ain 't got no chicken!"

"Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was not great. Not only was the wait in line very long, but I also encountered an issue with payment. I value honesty and hard work, and I typically like to reward those who display those qualities with positive reviews. However, during my visit, the cashier at the drive-thru kept the extra dollar I gave them. I had to ask for it back, which was disappointing. I believe they were aware that I noticed the error. It's a shame, as I would have gladly given them $100 for their honesty, but they chose to take $1 instead. Very disappointing."

"The server's sole responsibility was to take orders, yet she still managed to mess mine up. I asked for a sausage biscuit, but she repeated back bacon, egg, and cheese. She was loud and rather rude. After waiting for 10 minutes, I received a cold biscuit. I specifically requested sweet tea with no ice, but my cup was filled with more ice than tea. Overall, I felt that my time and gas were wasted."

"never had a bad experience in years. today the whole staff takes care of my experience. how long I've been waiting for 30 customers before me, even though I was before them. I was never asked the name for my pickup, they just thought they knew what. After asking why I'm set to the back of the line, no matter how many customers come, I said they always come first and I have to wait for all of them to be served until they start my and his corporate policy. because I don't want to eat there and get it togo. it's not fast, I can't just pick it up, I'm less important than going into it. I don't know how long I'm waiting for a TOGO pickup, I'm gonna stop coming there. I am very busy and can't afford to wait 40 minutes for a pickup for my family, and borders and dates that I have to do on time. Why isn't my time worth it?"

"Went to Bogangles on to get a Cajun fillet biscuit with borounds and sweet potato pie. I ordered and ask the lady to make sure I was charged to a large boround she looked over and confirmed. I waited then this person with an orange Hijab rudely told meshe didn't and I could accept the small or pay the difference. The lady at the register admitted she messed up. I told her nothat is ridiculous and she should fix the mistake not me. So I told her just refund my order and I would just leave. So shefixed that. I waited for my sweet potato pies and she said we didn't charge me for them and threw a 8.00 receipt at me. Iwalked out looked at my credit card receipt and saw it for 11.08 took at back and she finally gave me my order. They lady thattook my order and the lady giving out drinks I apologize for my frustration but the Lady in the Orange Hijab has no bussiness incustomer service. All she does is blame the customer and never want to fix the mistake."

If you're cutting back on sodium intake, do stay away from the seasoned fries, as they have a lot. "Yes, the food is always good, but more importantly the staff is amazing. The people that take the order at the drive-thru are always upbeat, and patient with any questions, and then when you get to the window they're just friendly and smiling. I needed a large bag for my items and the young man at the window got the bag and then insisted on holding it open for me while I put my items in it. They're just so nice and professional, which is sadly, unusual with fast food restaurants."

"I'm so confused as to why this staff is so lazy. If someone orders something just give them what they ordered rather than trying to talk them out of it cause you're too lazy to make the food. I also think that they purposely give you the wrong sauce as they do it routinely. They never have anything prepared and send you curbside every time. A 5 minute experience turns into 25 quick. It's so pathetic. I wish I could give negative stars. Laughing and playing rather than just giving the food to the customer. Like bruh it's not that hard to not be this trash. Corporate need to come fire them all then the department of labor need to deny their unemployment cause they don't deserve a dime for that trash work ethic."

"Walked in, barely anyone was in the restaurant and it unfortunately took 5 minutes before anyone noticed we were there. The food is good but the service is not the best. I feel sorry for those who work there and all they have to do with such little staff. But that experience eating there was definitely very disappointing.They got our order wrong by quite a bit. "I went inside the restaurant to place a large order, which included two bacon, egg, and cheese combos, a biscuit and gravy combo, and a Cajun fillet combo. It took a while to get my order—over 25 minutes—because the hash browns needed to cook, so I didn't check the bags since I was in a hurry. When I got home, I discovered that the entire order was incorrect. I didn't receive the Cajun fillet or the biscuit and gravy combo, and the bacon, egg, and cheese combos only had two pieces of bacon, with no egg or cheese. There were hardly any customers in the restaurant, so I don’t understand how they could have messed up my order so badly. I ended up spending over $40 for two bacon and biscuit combos."

"This morning, the biscuit maker was having a rough day. I ordered a Bo Berry biscuit, and it came out rock hard and burnt. I asked for another one that was cooked properly, and they told me to pull forward so they could bring it out to me. However, it seemed like they just handed me another biscuit from the same batch, as it was just as hard. I ended up having to throw both of them away because they were so tough I couldn't even bite into them."

"I cannot recommend this restaurant. The staff was quite unfriendly. I placed my order well before closing time, and the only sides available were fries and mac and cheese. They also only offered chicken breast and wouldn't accommodate my request for chicken supremes. When I tried to explain how long it takes to prepare supremes, they finally agreed to make them. However, when I received my order, it was entirely incorrect. Furthermore, they leave the phone off the hook so it doesn't ring. I plan to contact corporate tomorrow to address these issues."
