"Won’t be coming back to this location anymore. The dining room isn’t open even though it’s 5:15 PM. They don’t repeat orders back to you, or even greet you at the window. Last time they forgot my biscuit and the gravy for my mashed potatoes. This time she saw me checking the mashed potatoes (still no gravy) and asked “do you want gravy with that?”. To her credit she got it for me, but they consistently miss things from your order. Also, idk what the management situation is like, but there’s only teenagers here in the store. There’s only one person ever working, and like 3 kids just walking around the dining room. Today there was one with a black wifebeater walking around in the back. When I pull past the window to leave there’s 4 of them hanging out by the back door, which is odd because the dining room is closed. Idk if these are employees or just kids hanging out but there don’t seem to be any adults working there. It’s the same every time with employees being unprofessional, food being wrong, and a general “I don’t care” attitude about the place. Won’t be coming back."

"04/2023 This was my first visit, and I was not impressed at all. I went through the drive-thru, and the woman taking my order sounded like she was lying on the couch with her phone stuck in her neck, clearly irritated to be at work. She was unhelpful and curt when asking questions and taking my order. I had to repeat my order three times because she got it wrong each time. When I got to the window, there was no greeting—just a hand reaching out for payment. I paid and received my food without a bag, just boxes stacked haphazardly. What kind of customers are they used to that this is acceptable? Once I got home, I found the chicken was breaded and the whole meal was a soggy mess. The fries were so over-salted that it felt like I might have instant bloating and sky-high blood pressure. This will be our only visit. Good luck with all the renovations coming... P.S. I should have read the reviews before going."

"Quality seems to be slipping. We had a sausage biscuit meal and husband had biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were very hard. I only ate half of biscuit. We asked for decaf coffees. Guess they were low because literally we each got a half cup. 11.00 and you can go anywhere for breakfast. We will stay away awhile. Things should improve with enough complaints.Vegetarian options: There are several biscuits without meat and a macaroni and cheese. I love the blueberry biscuit.Dietary restrictions: Not a place for dietary. Plenty of salt, very breaded chicken, which we pull off. They can make a plain egg biscuit.Parking: Lots of free parking. Always a line at drive up window so need to be careful. Several exits. MGMT tried to plan for safety. Often busy and need to be alert."

"Terrible! Awful customer service. they neverrrr make curbside orders when they are supposed to. 20 minutes AFTER I’m supposed to receive my food while I’m waiting in the assigned parking spot, I call and she says oh they will start making my food then hangs up. and btw this happened twice about a year apart. Both times I had to call the store myself in order to get them to start making my food even though I ordered through the app.UPDATE: waited an additional 10 minutes and still no food. Called again to cancel the order and she said she couldn’t do that, I would have to go through the app but it isn’t possible to cancel orders through the app. it’s a huge run around. Finally located the number of corporate and they will be getting an ear full when they open tomorrow"

"Stopped here on my way down to Raleigh and my experience was terrible. For starters when you go into the bathroom there?s no toilet paper in one of the stalls and no paper towels at all. When I went to go order my food, the employees were practicallyignoring me on purpose. Once I did get my order the order was messed up with them putting an unsweetened ice tea and a sweetenediced tea when I ordered an unsweetened ice tea and a Pepsis. The employees seemed too busy talking to one another than actuallyworking like they should be. Gives me a bad experience of a Bojangles. I wouldn?t go back to this one again!!!"

"This Bojangles has a very friendly staff, they are willing to help you any chance they get. Getting the food took about 10 minutes, a little longer than usual from my experience but the food was great. Fries were cooked perfectly and the sweet tea was delicious. "Since we now live in St. Mary's County, we don't get to frequent Bojangles often, unless we're in the area. This would be my 2nd visit to this particular location, and they've been out of Chicken Supremes. Anyone who knows me, knows I've been going to Bojangles since I was pregnant with my 18 year old, so having Chicken Supremes on deck is critical lol. The staff was rather friendly, even when I had to take my Chicken tender meal back inside, due to its toughness and my fries were stale tasting. If I'm being completely transparent, even the 2nd round of food I received, was not up to par . It was pretty disheartening, and especially with me being in my 3rd trimester, I was so looking forward to having my taste buds satisfied . Personally, the tenders taste nothing like the Supremes, as some would suggest or hint at. Idk if I need to hang it up with Bojangles for a time or for good, but I just really, really hope they pull it together. The one in Waldorf closed down several years ago, and I went there almost daily during my lunch, I just don't want the same thing to happen to the one in Upper Marlboro . I really do appreciate the kindness of the staff though, forgive me for not recalling both lady's names ."

"As a Cary resident this use to be a location I FREQUENTLY visited with no issues. At 8pm.on a Wednesday I patiently sat at the drive through speaker for approximately 10-15 minutes. After realizing they were ignoring the drive through o went inside to order. I was told very aggressively by the employee that she couldn't take my order of I didn't have my mask on. I told her if they would speak to someone on the drive through I wouldn't of come in. Once again I was told very aggressively quote there's nothing I can do about that we're short staffed I told her she could at least speak and tell me she'd be with me asap instead of leaving me there wondering in silence. She sighed and smacked her lips and ignored me to speak to someone else. That's when I left. Never on my 30 years on this Earth have I been spoken to so rudely at a Bojangles. Didn't take the time to get her name but it was a middle aged African American woman. Very unprofessional and surprising"

"Bradley should not be employed here, or really anywhere with the way he acts. I only know his name, because it was said 100 times during an argument he was having with his coworkers. A large group also came in and he threw his hands in the air and said “seriously?!” Then he told the group they were extremely short staffed and it was going to be a long wait, so they left. There were at least five employees seen. Bradley was complaining about something the entire time we were eating and causing a loud disturbance amongst his coworkers. He was slinging our food into the boxes and slamming trays. I don’t know if a manager was on duty during this, but if so, they weren’t doing anything to intervene. It’s extremely unprofessional and immature the way they were behaving. There were two other parties dining in as well listening to the whole thing. No one wants to pay money to eat and sit and listen to all that drama. Bradley was walking around the dining room still complaining and yelling back to the kitchen. Then, he would go stand in the hallway in front of the restrooms and text on his phone and talk about issues he’s having with his girlfriend. There was also a female employee who yelled at a male customer for picking up his own cup, because she didn’t hand him one. It was very appalling behavior that needs to be corrected."

"They ran out of packaging so they put my snack meal in a huge boberry biscuit box and have me the tiniest leg and thigh ive ever seen. Then I go a 5 piece supreme meal and also the huge box but small tenders was crazy I went back in the show them and the lady looked like she didn't want to be bothered so I told her nevermind and just toom that L but I bet I won't be back. "Service was terrible. 6 people I could work, but several did nothing but talk and joking. Even when ordering food, nothing was ready, and all had to be cooked. Waited 25 minutes for an 8-part family dinner. Besides, orderv3clarge fries, and Store probably calculates the right price, but it would have been wise to offer something free as an order by Fritten, at least. Will not return to this place. The service was also slow in the past."
