"I visited this restaurant today at 2:00 p.m., and there were no customers inside or at the drive-through. The cashier was very friendly, and our food was ready quickly. However, the restaurant itself was quite dirty. The restrooms were in terrible condition, and if the dining area and restrooms are this neglected, I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen must be. It wasn't as if the employees were too busy to clean. I just hope that once we get the food home, it doesn’t taste as unappealing as the restaurant looks. Wish us luck! Service: Takeout."

The food was greasy and the restaurant was nasty. It needs a hot mop in the dining room in the bathrooms are nasty as well no soap in the men's or women's restroom. Basic cleaning is not an option at this restaurant they do not care about spreading germsfor the cleanliness of a food establishment. I will not be coming back. View menu

The quality of both the service and the food has declined. It’s hit or miss whether there’s chicken available when you visit, which is disappointing for a chicken-focused restaurant. They’ve been out of chicken twice this month. Additionally, the mashed potatoes were overcooked, and they forgot to include the heavy, dry pinto beans. It might be better to go earlier in the day.

The absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever seen! Sat I drive thru at the window for 15 minutes to be told to move up so they could help others. I ordered a chicken sandwich. It can’t take 30 mins to make a simple chicken sandwich and serve the other 5 cars behind me but not bring me my food. If you don’t have people skills don’t work retail and fast food jobs.
