"Roma Little Italy on Fayette St. will never get my business again. I order from here often but today I will never do it again. They delivered the wrong food to my job. I ordered honey old bay wings and I received chicken tenders. I was on the phone with them for 35 minutes to prove that this occurred. First they told me that the chef said he fixed the correct food. I had to screen shot the chicken tenders and my receipt. Then they come back to the phone and admit that it was their fault but they do not have enough drivers and unable to send the correct food. They can offer me free wings the next time I order. Excuse me, there will not be a next time. So I was out of my money and food because I hate chicken tenders. The manager explained to me that he will refund my money or send me the correct order. I should give him a few minutes and he will call me back. I never received anything and the manager never called me back."

"One of the best takeout experiences I’ve had in a while, so I had to write a review. I ordered through the Slice app. Pizza was the straight out of A Goofy Movie. "Today’s food review is for the pizza. I was told that it had just came out. However the pizza was cold, soggy and greasy. I’ve been told while pies here are good. However if you’re in need of a slice. Go to coiner pizza instead or Sarah’s pizza. If the employee knew that it had not recently came out he should have heated it. I mean it was gross.i order here frequently and the worst I can’t stand is an employee who lies to make a sale. Owner take notice. This is how customers are lost. "When ordering Planet Pizza I've always ordered from main avenue Dave Kubans place in Norwalk due to the fact I was starving and eta was 25 mins sooner so I ordered Planet Pizza westport.. I CANT STATE ENOUGH WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! "I truly miss what Planet Pizza use to be. My family and I have been faithful loyal customers for over 25 years. These past few years, they have been going down. The atmosphere is terrible. I’ve had attitude given to me on the phone and in person, orders incorrect, etc. I’ve tried to ignore it but my most recent interaction was my final straw. I walked in there with a friend and we were standing at the counter for 5 minutes and were ignored.. they saw us and intentionally ignored us. I told my friend I’m not spending my money here and started walking out. Maybe they noticed I was walking away so one of the workers that’s been there for years finally spoke. I attempted to order a slice I ALWAYS order. It’s never in the counter, i just order it and they typically add the toppings to a plain slice. This time, the worker was completely disinterested in what I wanted and told me to pick from the counter. It was the coldness in his tone, like I was bothering him. We walked out. It was in that moment I realized I will never spend another dime with Planet Pizza I mean that. I went down the road to another pizzeria, they were SO WELCOMING it was my first time there the food was good. That further solidified my decision to never spend my money with Planet Pizza. Greenburgh residents have helped support and sustain this business and the way they treat members in the community as if we are a bother is actually ridiculous."

"We took a trip to Connecticut recently, and the first place we ended up was Fairfield Pizza, it's such a nice little place and I'm glad we ended up there.Onion rings are phenomenal. Pizza tastes SO good, the crust is crunchy in the best way and the cheese has the best kind of pull if you enjoy cheese pulls like me. My sister has the burger/fries as well, and I tried some of the fries and they taste like beach fries, I LOVE them. But her burger looked SO good, and my sister said it was delicious as well.Not to mention the staff was super kind and brought the pizzas straight out, which I honestly wasn't expecting for such a small place, definitely a good place to stop."

"It took me a couple of weeks to write this review because I could not believe how terrible this meatball sub was or how horrible of a response I received from the place. One of the items we ordered was a meatball sub with bread on the side. I received in a container, 2 plain tiny meatball like 1 1/4 inch round that also tasted like frozen meatballs, a small dipping size cup of sauce on the side and a handful of shredded mozzarella! Oh and a sub roll. After I looked at it for 10 minutes thinking it was a joke, my sister called only to be told cut the meatballs in half that would make 4 pieces! I was a loyal and frequent customer up until this point. Too many places to choose from to be treated like this! I going to try and post a picture for everyone to see! I must say the Spanish food is much better the the Italian food although they are a pizzeria."

"This was my first experience here and will definitely not be my last. I had originally walked in wanting something sweet, but the menu offered so much more. A gyro? Wings? Decisions. Decisions. Wait. Pizza by the slice? Sold! The pizza came hot and one of the best pizzas I have ever had. They even didn’t question my request for a side of tzatziki. We also got the doughboys served with a generous portion of Nutella. Wait, Turkish coffee? I’ve heard of it but never have had it. It was served adorably on a silver platter and a cute glass of water. (Which I was told to drink prior to coffee) Umit came over and asked if my friend wanted Turkish tea. Also presently beautifully in a glass cup. All in all, it was a wonderful experience ! Thank you Umit for making my visit all that better ! ご馳走さまでした!"

"We just used Planet Pizza to cater my daughter’s first birthday on 3/9/24 and we were thrilled with the experience. The communication from Dave and his team was so clear and easy. They dropped off dishes for us to try prior to choosing, helped set everything up at the birthday party, were punctual and efficient. Everyone was raving about the food and I even had plenty to send my guests home with leftovers. We ordered pizza, chicken francese, salad, rolls and penne a La vodka. Everything was so delicious and perfect. Was such a treat to not have to worry about food for the party. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again for an event or for a dinner in or out! "Awful!! Stay away from dine in! No beers, no wines won 't stock anything God forbid a good paying customer wanted a beer or glass of wine with their dinner. Was ripped off when soda refills are free and was charged for every additional soda so ended up paying $30 just in added 'free refills '!! Don 't take advantage of your customers who have been coming for years and many times a month at that!! Tables are filthy, drinking cups need a good scrub, dining chairs are falling apart with a sticky feeling when you grab to pull out. Can 't keep good wait staff always a high turn over and if they had to speak more than a few words or smile their face and tongue would fall off. Very very disappointed in this location in Loudonville."

"This place has very mediocre food and they are probably the slowest with deliveries that I have ever dealt with. I once ordered online and needed to call to make a slight change and I literally had to call 40 times in a row back to back to speak with someone, no exaggeration. The theme of the place was New York City and it was interesting to see the names of neighborhoods lining the walls and bridges in photos. I ordered two slices. To meet the $10 minimum for my order, I added a small antipasto salad and was pleasantly surprised by its generous portion size. It was definitely great value for the money. I called to confirm that my apartment information was correct since I was unsure I had entered it properly. Even though they were likely busy, the staff took the time to check my order, read the address back to me, and were very friendly throughout. The delivery driver was also nice and apologized for the delay; I had been worried that the food would arrive cold, but that was not the case at all. I will definitely be ordering again!"
