"We've been coming to Halo Roasters since they opened, so this review is years in the making! Excellent coffee a great selection of food absolutely love their lattes (including sweet, seasonal, and regular! Their avocado toast is top notch, and their breakfast wrap is also A+. "The service we received at this restaurant was very friendly and attentive. We chose to split the antipasti for one, which was simple with only cold cuts and two slices of provolone, but it lacked dressing. My companion ordered the lasagne, which was a good size and delicious, although he was informed that it was meatless when it wasn't. I decided on the Veal Marsala with mushrooms, which was tasty and had tender veal (something rare in most restaurants). The portions were generous and reasonably priced. Despite not being in my neighborhood, I would probably come back again."

"I ordered through Grubhub and have tried many sushi restaurants, but this one has truly captured my heart. The sushi is consistently fresh and delicious. My only complaint is the soft shell crab, which I find a bit overcooked for my liking. Aside from that, all of the specialty sushi rolls are fantastic! They also do a great job of packaging everything well. I plan to keep ordering from this place and nowhere else. I'm excited to try dining in for the first time soon. Service: Delivery."

"The Buffalo slice was quite good, earning a solid 6 out of 10. The Chicken Parm slice was decent but not exceptional, so I’d rate it around 4 or 5 out of 10. Unfortunately, the Margherita slice was quite disappointing; I'd give it only a 2 or 3 out of 10. The Marinara sauce also fell flat – it lacked flavor, to be honest. Overall, while this experience wasn't the best, the staff was really nice, and they do offer some decent options. There's enough potential to warrant another visit, and I would definitely recommend Maplewood Pizzeria for anyone in the MAPSO area looking for reasonably priced and tasty pizza. I think I'll have to try more items from their menu before making a final judgment!"

"Don’t go here unless you want to get rudely asked by the “owner” to leave after 2 hrs. We reserved a table for a work event and was NEVER told there was a time limit for each table. Not to mention, the food came out after 40 minutes. The waitress was nice but the owner is rude! He came over after 2 hrs and asked if we were almost done because he “needed our table”. One of the people we were with was actually still eating when he came over and 2 of us had just ordered a drink. He was extremely unprofessional with his approach. This is not how you conduct a business nor make your customers feel welcomed after spending a lot of hard earned money. I rather give my money business to an establishment where I am welcomed!"
