"I noticed that diners nearby were ordering burgers, which came with a generous side of fries, so portion sizes for other dishes seem quite large! The atmosphere is rustic and inviting, featuring exposed wooden beams, a charming fireplace, and various decorations on the walls. It was warm and comfortable inside during the winter months, so no one around me felt the need to wear their coats, a nice change from typical chain restaurants. Service was friendly and timely, and I really enjoyed my meal. The only downside was that the soda refills are limited to just two, which feels a bit stingy for a price of $3.25. I docked a star for that minor issue, but overall, if you're looking for fantastic pizza from a small local establishment, I highly recommend Bugsy's!"

"A standout in our neighborhood, Amores Café features a Dominican colmado/pulperia design that always makes me feel at home. This charming spot captures the essence of a traditional Dominican bodega and offers a cozy second-floor space perfect for private events and gatherings. The menu boasts an array of empanada combinations—my favorite is the egg empanada—and for dessert, the cheese and guava is a must-try. They also provide catering and have a variety of finger foods available. Michael at the bar delivers exceptional service, and this woman-owned business, led by Carol, is a wonderful place for families."

"The luau pizza and the meat lover's pizza were excellent. The pizza crusts were thick, but very good and the toppings were delicious. We did order a few other things on the menu, but the pizza was definitely the winner and what we would recommend. The staff was very friendly and the take-out restaurant was open late."

"I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but it seems that their success has led to a lack of consideration for their patrons. Recently, while placing an order, I was unexpectedly hung up on mid-call, which I found to be quite rude, especially towards those of us who frequently spend money at their establishment. Unfortunately, this happened again during my next order—the cashier hung up on me once more. Additionally, the delivery was incredibly late, and the cashier's demeanor was quite unfriendly. When I requested to cancel my order, she responded with a notably bad attitude. She mentioned that what should have taken 40 minutes actually took an hour and a half, which meant my food likely wouldn't be fresh. Regrettably, it appears that giving them another chance was a mistake."

"I've tried this place a few times. Some are good and some bad. Once I ordered my wings well done, they were the best wings I've had. However, I've ordered stuffed crust pizza numerous times and at least twice never got that although it was paid for. It's always good but it's hit or miss if you actually get stuffed crust even if you order it. Always order extra sauce because as someone that doesn't like much sauce, the regular sauce was so little sauce that I thought it had been forgotten."
