"I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but it seems that their success has led to a lack of consideration for their patrons. Recently, while placing an order, I was unexpectedly hung up on mid-call, which I found to be quite rude, especially towards those of us who frequently spend money at their establishment. Unfortunately, this happened again during my next order—the cashier hung up on me once more. Additionally, the delivery was incredibly late, and the cashier's demeanor was quite unfriendly. When I requested to cancel my order, she responded with a notably bad attitude. She mentioned that what should have taken 40 minutes actually took an hour and a half, which meant my food likely wouldn't be fresh. Regrettably, it appears that giving them another chance was a mistake."

Very tasty pizza and the mozzarella sticks and marinara so flavorful. But what really wowed me was how friendly the owner is. Other customers that came in greeted him and knew who he was. I bought the anti pasta for my grandma and she loved it. She is certain the Italian dressing is home made. Will be coming back often for my pizza fix. View menu

If I could give this place 0 ?? I would. This has to be the worst customer service I?ve ever received. I ordered online, showed up 10 minutes after the ready time and the guy running the shop and his employee claimed they never received the order. Nor could they refund me or cancel the transaction. Complete A**holes and helpless. I don?t recommend anyone ever support this business and from the looks they have a long history among various review sites of bad customer service!
