"We had a fantastic time at Taverna-Buckhead. The atmosphere was lively with great music at just the right volume. Our food choices were delicious, particularly the zucchini fritters and mussels. Although the sauce on the mussels was a bit salty for my taste, the mussels themselves were fresh and tasty. Our main dishes included lasagna al forno, tagliatelle alla bolognese, and paglia e fieno, all of which were excellent. The chef's focaccia was a hit with our table, especially when dipped in the rosemary olive oil and garlic. Our server, Megan, was friendly and knowledgeable, sharing interesting information about the dishes and their regional variations in Italy. It was a wonderful dining experience for our Father's Day celebration and we were pleased with our choice."
