"At breakfast we ordered grits with spinach and shrimp sausage. Admittedly we were being gastronomically daring but hey it was a long weekend holiday and it was the Lowe's on Miami Beach where we were dining. The first bite was inviting. After that it became what it was a pedestrian dish. the only thing worse? A pedestrian meal of mushy grits and a (yes only one weird sausage made of shrimp and spinach cost around $30 bucks. The tab for two plates of this mush plus two Mimosas? Around $80 bucks including tip (automatically added at near 20% and tax. Gasp! Punished for our extravagance. The good part of the meal? A cheerful server. The other good item? We never have to go there again!"

"So we showed up for our reservation and were told that their internet was out and they didn’t have our reservation and we would have to wait 20-30 minutes. Very rude. Not sorry. There were empty tables. They should have found a hotspot if there was a connection problem. . We left. We won’t be back."

"A bad experience. Buy chicken areoz chaufa, fish ceviche and jelly. The jelly was okay, but the quantity and size was very poor. Not just the quantity But what the food looked like. Without mentioning that the tartar sauce or the canchita did not come. I didn't provide the ceviche, but 5 small pieces on the plate!!!!? Don't go overboard. Incredible for a small plate. The chaufa was delicious. Unfortunately, I will not order from there. Buyer beware: If you like ceviche and the garnish that you eat with it, be mindful that you might not get what you picture in your mind. The jelly was very low quality. I sure do not recommend. The chaufa was good, but quantity vs price it doesn't match, you might as well order Chinese food."

"Such a decline in quality of food. We ate there Tuesday evening with our daughter and grandchildren. Left most of the food uneaten. Grandson’s burrito served with enchilada sauce.. asked for replacement chicken quesadilla. It came swimming in juice. Both were uneatable. Our server was inattentive and seemed irritated. 75 later, what a let down, waste of and left hungry and unsatisfied.. He kept asking of wet wanted to go boxes. We said no thank you. Next ask my husband said no, it’s not good. No reaction other than giving us the bill. We enjoy Los Arcos in Rochester and have previously enjoyed an occasional meal at Cannon Falls location. Will not be back. Food and service NOT good."

"I have a couple of favorite restaurants, but since this one is close to my home, I decided to give it a shot. We visited in the late evening for dinner and chose the surf and turf molcajete, which was quite flavorful. However, I wasn’t a fan of the unpeeled shrimp, but that’s just a personal preference. My daughter can be somewhat of a picky eater, and they prepared a large chicken fried rice plate for her, which was quite generous for a child. I enjoyed the taste, but unfortunately, she didn’t like it, so I ended up taking it home. The service was okay, but it could have been improved, as we were only offered a drink refill once."

"We had a wonderful experience at Cabo’s restaurant, largely due to our attentive server, Omar, who expertly managed our large group of 10. The food was delicious and served at the perfect temperature. The manager was also very accommodating, adjusting the air conditioning for us since we felt a bit warm upon arrival. The value for money was excellent, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Thank you for your outstanding service!"

"This is actually a favorite restaurant (a bit noisy if not careful to request seating away from live entertainment); we love the food... This is more about ensuring the restaurant gets direct feedback so they can manage food allergy orders differently going forward (not something we’ve experienced previously ourselves as we’re able to order directly off the menu).. One of our guests has food allergies and requested no dairy... The waitress was not familiar enough with the menu items such that our friend had to make different choices (two times) and they still botched the delivery. Particulars: After first round of orders taken and delivered to kitchen, Maggie returned to advise braised short rib tacos were marinated in buttermilk; so order changed to chicken...in a short while Maggie came back again advising chicken also marinated in buttermilk; finally, special accommodation was made and taco dinner changed to short rib birria (with assurances it had no dairy)...our friend requested again (to be sure) not to add cheese, etc. When the food arrived for three out of four of us, our friend prompted us to “eat while hot” and we did... Several bites in, Maggie returns advising one of the taco plates already delivered was actually the the special order for my friend and that she gave it to the wrong guest... With a cheesy taco plate in hand, Maggie delivered it to the intended guest who started to return the plate he already began to eat... My friend with the food allergy tried to simplify and said he’d be fine finishing the food already deliver (and already partly consumed) to save time (i.e., we had theater plans and still had a short drive ahead of us)... Maggie did offer to prepare a replacement meal but for sake of time my friend opted out... We discovered this restaurant via friends’ recommendation and we’ve since also made recommendations to others... The above handling of my friends meal was a mess and a bit of an embarrassment considering our advance praise."

"Excellent meal as usual. Friendly, efficient service, ambiance very nice decor is old Havana ceiling fans, dark woods, wrought iron lighting fixtures, Cuban music in the background, lighting is low to help with atmosphere. Extensive menu and drinks list with a number of specialty cocktails. We began with a classic mojito and coconut mojito both very well made and very good. For dinner I had "Visit to Havana" which is the pressed Cuban sandwich made with sour orange marinated pork loin, Genoa salami, ham, provolone, and Swiss cheese and yellow mustard pickle relish. The sandwich is huge and delicious. Accompaniments are: a cup of black bean soup, house salad, and tropical chips which are plantains. All of it was nicely prepared and presented and everything was very good. Husband had Shrimp Con Mojo which is ten pan-seared citrus marinated jumbo shrimp accompanied by onions, peppers, sliced garlic, crisped yuca, white rice with cilantro-lime mojo sauce. Also exellent Dessert was a Cuban flan traditional vanilla custard with candied mango and papaya on top and a vanilla cookie on the side. Coffee one Americano and one Cuban coffee with steamed coconut milk which is a dessert in itself because it is so good and sweet. The restaurant offers beef, pork, chicken, and seafood dishes all beautifully prepared. Have eaten here many times and it is consistently a great meal with very good service in a nice atmosphere"

"Wanted to check out something other than a buffet while in Vegas and found a gem. This place was off the strip, authentic, and super delicious. I was surprised the place wasn't packed on a Friday evenning. Maybe we got there too early. Anyways, I ordered the enchiladas suizas with a shredded beef taco on the side and my husband the chicken fajitas. Both dishes were excellent!. The green sauce on the enchiladas was superb. Creamy with a little heat. My taco was crispy even though I let it sit for a minute while I worked on my enchiladas and it was sooo good! The fajitas were to die for. I have never had such delicious chicken fajitas. The rice and beans were both on point. My margaritas were lemony how I like, and gave me a buzz. The place was clean, the waitress attentive, and there was good value for your buck. The chips and salsa were right on the money. My husband made a statement of how he was not going to let the salsa go to waste and poured it over his fajitas. When he asked for a spicy salsa they brought him two different house made salsas in two small bowls. He ate both joyfully. I will definitely be returning when I visit Las Vegas again. I can't wait to get my own chicken fajitas! The food was very memorable."

"Overall, it is a good place to eat for many people on a budget. The service I will say is phenomenal. They are quick to sit you and take your order. They come around and check several times and will keep your water cups filled. Excellent in explaining what is served and also understand Spanish very well. Where it lost a star was the lack of ANY dessert and the cooking of the vegetable on the special meals. I ordered a flan only to find out it was sold out last minute. My companies ordered king po chicken and shrimp and both plates came with undercook vegetable. Although the sauce got great reviews the large plate was mostly disguised with vegetables that was more raw than cooked. Will come back again but will stay away from the special plates that might be filled with more undercook vegetable."

"Unfortunately, I am very upset, the very dry food had no flavor, I ordered a lomo saltado, the rice was hard, the potatoes were old and the meat was sweaty. They have to check the cook. You owners increased the prices and it is not fair that the food is in those conditions. There are many irregularities, I went to the bathroom and everything was filthy, when there are more than 10 waitresses. If they don't change their restaurant, it will go down a lot. I don't plan to return again. And it's a shame."

"hands down some of THE best Mexican food i've ever had! i ordered the Enchiladas de Mole dinner with sour cream, chips with salsa, and a bottled Mexican Coke and everything was clearly made from scratch and with love the servings were generous, the mole sauce was complex and rich, the enchiladas were perfect, the rice and beans were delicious, the chips were fresh, and the salsas (which i was pleasantly surprised when i received both a roja salsa and verde enchilada sauce, some places don't do that! were unbelievable.everything had a nice spice level, more flavor oriented than spicy but it had a nice kick i added some hot sauce i had at home for a little bit more, but that's just my preference! the price for their bottled Coke is the most affordable i've seen in town which stood out to me since it's my favorite. i kid you not, the verde sauce could be bottled and sold, it's easily without a doubt the best i've ever had.and not only is the food phenomenal, but who i presume are the owners are very kind my bus was running severely behind when i scheduled a pickup for around 8ish PM so i didn't get there until 8:45 PM, which i felt terrible about; i assume it was slow so they were closing up early, but they waited for me and were understanding and so sweet. i'm newer to the area, but i can already tell this will permanently be my favorite Mexican restaurant in Chicago.Vegetarian options: very good vegetarian options in almost every category of dish! they even have vegetarian tacos which i'm excited to tryKid friendliness: lovely small business with a warm environment, good owners, no coloring books or anything but it's a welcoming spot!"

"Giving a ½, I would typically come in for an Horchata, It's usually amazing. Today just wasn't the day Sipped it it tasted extremely metalic Old. I waited till the Cashier cleared her customers, I stated I didn't want to purchase the Horchata due to the taste. She stated I would have to Pay for it!!! In what **** century. She insisted on charging me for the Horchata Small $3.00. I told her I was going to give her a ultimatum at this point. Either you remove the drink that taste like it's been sitting for days or I don't pay for the Food as well. Which was Carnitas Quesadilla with Fries. She had a little demeanor change ofcourse. I requested she summon her Manager who was not in at the time, She Called thee Manager He stated to remove it. Simple so the fact that she kept insisting saying it her Jobs Policies, Not her That's how it is whaaa.Doesnt seem right being that I was kind as well as Respectful, So I'd expect the same..."

"I stumbled upon this gem in West LA and was pleasantly surprised. The menu features classic Peruvian dishes that you would typically find in the U.S. I tried the Lomo Saltado, which was one of the best I've had, while the Ceviche was unfortunately forgotten, so I didn’t get to taste it. Dishes are priced around $20 on average. The grilled Spanish octopus was beautifully presented, but I wouldn’t order it again. The Swai tiradito pieces were notably small, though again, the presentation was lovely. Personally, I'm not a fan of Swai and believe they should consider switching back to Kampachi. The lobster causa, however, was excellent. As for the service, the restaurant gets very crowded at dinner time, and I felt my table didn't receive the attention it deserved. Some of our orders were overlooked, and I found myself repeatedly having to catch the waitress's attention whenever I needed something. I don’t fault her, as she was clearly working hard, darting between tables and rushing in and out of the kitchen. My suggestion for management is to bring in additional staff to assist her. My group would have happily ordered more dishes, but we waited about 20 minutes for a check-in, and some of my party ended up leaving still hungry due to the time constraints."

"Sadly we were disappointed across the board. I’ve been to Meso Maya a few times before and it’s a nice treat when we want to go into the city. You have always been very pleased, but sadly not this time. Likely not our waiter’s fault as he was covering several large tables but we perhaps saw him 3x during our service and not within remote proximity of when we needed him….another margarita please!, one dish arrive stone cold, while most of the others were luke warm at best. Promised a new warmer dish by another wait staff but it never arrived. Make sure you sit downstairs. I had never been seated upstairs before but you don’t want to. You feel cut off from the vibe, even if it’s busy. It likely contributed to food being cold as well. Beyond the waiter, who was polite and apologetic, the food was disappointing and not on-par w past experiences. I would still recommend Meso Maya, but hopefully these issues get resolved."

"Azteca!! It’s definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants in the greater Charlotte area. Today, we enjoyed an absolutely fantastic lunch at the Azteca location near Matthews on Independence Blvd. This was my first time dining at this spot, as I typically go to the original one near the South Blvd Uptown area. The restaurant has a wonderful authentic atmosphere, is very clean, and adorned with traditional Mexican decor. But the highlight was the staff! Our waiter, Oscar, was incredibly attentive and a delight to talk to. Azteca offers amazing dishes, such as their fresh custom guacamole."

"I had a fantastic experience at this Mexican restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner late into the night. The waitress, wearing a Corona jersey, worked long hours and provided excellent service. Overall, the food was quite delicious, and I particularly enjoyed trying the fish for the first time. We also indulged in churros that were served with molten chocolate, which were a real treat. The prices were very reasonable, making it easy to enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine without breaking the bank."
