"We ordered several items last night, including three double chicken tostada bowls. When the bowls arrived, they were far from what anyone would consider "double chicken," and they were missing the Zilantro Salat Dressing. I called to inform them, and the manager had a fairly good attitude. We reviewed the order, and I mentioned that the Zilantro dressing was clearly indicated on their menu. The manager asked if I wanted to come by and pick up the missing dressing. When I suggested that the delivery driver could bring it, he said we would have to wait until the driver returned to the restaurant. I inquired about a refund, but he informed me that since I ordered through the app, he wasn't able to process that. It seemed like my concern wasn't a priority for him. I used to really enjoy Pollo Loco, but after this experience, I think I'm done with them. I would advise others to double-check their delivery orders before the driver leaves, as once the payment is made, it seems that their concern for customer satisfaction takes a back seat to their food."
