"I visited the restaurant last night for my niece's birthday party, and I have to say, Jon was the best server I've ever encountered! He effortlessly managed our group of 15 and truly made my niece feel special. My grandparents were visiting from out of town, and he took the time to ensure everyone felt valued. I highly recommend keeping him on staff or even promoting him to management. As for the food, it was great, but my favorite was definitely the triple dipper!"

"We visited the restaurant around 2:30 on a Thursday, and it was surprisingly quiet. After ordering our drinks and a starter, we also decided to share a plate. Unfortunately, our server was not friendly at all. He didn't smile and placed the chips and salsa on our table rather abruptly. When our food arrived, he didn't check on us to see how everything tasted or if we needed anything else. We had to wait 10 minutes just for water to be refilled, and anytime we needed something, we had to rush to ask him before he darted off to attend to his other table. The overall attitude was uninviting and off-putting. He didn’t express any courtesy, like saying thank you or wishing us a nice day. As for the food, it was decent. Next time, I’ll make sure to dine with someone who possesses better customer service skills, especially in a setting where the server is attending to only a handful of tables."

"I enjoyed the speck cheeseburger from chili 's! this burger had a lot of the qualities I'm looking for in the golden cheeseburger. the toppings, taste and skill were excellent. "So incredibly impressed! We are from Houston and here for a soccer tournament- I called and Nick the manager was so professional. I had to feed 36 hungry soccer players and he accommodated all of us. Va When we arrived he had tables set up with menus snd water. "We drove to Nobleton this afternoon to pick up a new puppy and hadn't eaten all day. When we saw this Chili's location, which didn't seem too busy, we decided to stop in. I'm so glad we did! Our server, Chris, was outstanding—both personable and professional. The drinks from the bar were excellent! We started with chips and guacamole, followed by Texas Cheese Fries and Loaded Boneless Chicken Wings for my partner. I opted for the Santa Fe Burger. Everything was delicious and came out quickly, perfectly prepared! We'll definitely return the next time we're in the area!"

"It was a very good experience. This is the second time I've been here and a month and both times have been very good. The service was excellent both times, especially considering the shortage of people wanting to work. We we have now add the 2 for $25 special oh, and I have to tell you it is a fantastic deal, with plenty of food for a couple. You pick an appetizer to share or to salads to choose from. An entree from a choice of about 8 or 10 oh, and a dessert to share. They have happy hour to seems like all the time. Their house margaritas are very good. You get the two for one specials during happy hours and you only end up paying $3 for each drink oh, and that is well well worth it. Food was delicious, hot and well-seasoned. The portions, especially for the chicken fajitas were large. This is a great value and I do not understand why this place is not packed all the time. We will definitely add this to our regular rotation."

"The wait time was longer than anticipated; we waited an hour and a half instead of the half hour we were initially told. We couldn't reach anyone by phone, as we were informed they were too busy to answer. Additionally, the food was not prepared properly—the sliders were undercooked, with a red center, and the chicken fajitas were served refrigerator cold, as if they hadn’t even been heated in an oven or microwave."

"As a service worker myself, I understand that being short-staffed can sometimes lead to delays, which is why I am usually patient in these situations. However, my experience at this restaurant tonight was just unacceptable. I placed an online order and waited longer than the estimated time for it to be ready. When I went to the To-Go spot and waited with my number, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. I noticed other customers getting their orders promptly, so I decided to call the restaurant. They told me my order was ready and would be brought out immediately, but after waiting another ten minutes with no sign of my order, I saw other customers going in to get their orders themselves. Despite making eye contact with several servers, no one acknowledged me or helped me. Feeling frustrated, I waited inside for five more minutes, with no one attending to me. Eventually, I had to go behind the counter to retrieve my order, which had already been paid for. The staff then informed me that I was supposed to wait in my car, even though it had been thirty minutes of waiting. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service and organization at this restaurant and will not be returning."

"Each time we go to this restaurant, we make it a point to sit in the bar area so we can have Michelle as our server. She is exceptionally friendly and attentive, even during busy times. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and we’ve never had any problems with our meals when Michelle is taking care of us. We also want to highlight the male manager who works nights; he’s very involved in the operations, which is refreshing compared to many other managers. He appears to be in his 40s and truly sets a great standard for the rest of the team."

"We had our company holiday party here. They have a decent sized event room. There was a pre-established menu of three entrees. "I would give this restaurant negative stars if possible. It was an absolutely terrible dining experience. There was an unpleasant smell at the entrance that I can only describe as a foul odor. At the bar, I encountered fruit flies and a stale beer scent. The service was poor, and the food was even worse. The bartender seemed annoyed when I requested utensils for the Caesar salad, which had wilted lettuce. She didn’t check in to see how our food was or if we needed any drinks, and she appeared irritated when I asked for extra dressing for my wife’s meal. It’s clear this place has declined significantly, and now I understand why the parking lot is empty, just like the restaurant. We used to visit often, but we will never come back. I reached out to corporate and received no response, which doesn’t surprise me. They should just shut this place down before someone gets hurt by their substandard food. What a disgrace!"

"I just ate at this chili 's the other day. We 've been several times without much of a problem... However, things seem to have changed. I ordered the $10.99 deal; chips and salsa, special sauce burger. I let the bartender know that i wanted the burger medium because well done burgers are just not my thing. However, when it came out, I cut it in half to see that it was well done, and there was about a quarter size dollop of grilled onions on it. I took a small bite to see if i could handle it overcooked, but that was a solid nope. After a bit of a wait, they brought out a burger, which the runner said brisket burger as she set it down. My husband and I glanced at each other, and told her that 's not the right kind of burger, and I lifted the bun up to confirm it was not the special sauce burger that I had ordered... She took it back to the kitchen, and I went back to waiting. The next attempt to correct was still well done, and the fries were COLD. Also, guess what?! My husband had long since finished his meal so when she asked how it was, I told her it was overcooked and cold but I didn 't have another 10 minutes to wait for another messed up burger. They ended up taking a whole $6 off our bill for the burger because I got the $10.99 deal. It was a joke, and I would have been much happier with our local mcds that can at least fix a mistake if they make it..."

"We kicked off our meal with wings, which were alright, though I noticed that the three different varieties looked and tasted quite similar. Three people at our table ordered the ribs, and since they devoured them, I assume they were tasty. One person tried the pulled pork; while I don’t remember her singing its praises, I also didn’t hear any complaints. Another guest ordered a salad, which was large and visually appealing. I went for the chicken BLT, and it was delicious—definitely a dish I would recommend. The blue cheese was the best I've ever had, although the garlic mashed potatoes appeared a little past their prime."

"My friend and I went yesterday to enjoy the Veteran 's Day lunch meal at Chili 's North Little Rock. Our server Regan was fantastic. We really appreciated her. Now about the food and Veteran 's Day special menu . That 's where it went down hill. The variety of items was extremely limited, much more so than past years. I chose the burger option, and my friend chose the bowl of chilie and salad option. When the food came my fries were not hot. Secondly the burger patty was way overcooked. By that I mean it was past well done, and dry. The veggies and mustard on the bun weren 't enough to make up for it. My friend also mommented that the meat in the chili was also overcooked, and detracted from the dish. I totally understand health regulations, but this was well exceeded. Thank you Chili 's for the Veteran 's Day meal. Hopefully next year will be better."

"We visit Chili's every Sunday or every other Sunday for their delicious food and bottomless chips! Occasionally, we stay for dinner as well. We really enjoy the two-for-one wine deal with our meals or appetizers. Our bartender, Kelly, has been providing us with exceptional service! We don’t even have to tell her what we want—just saying “the usual” is enough, and she knows exactly what we like. She is always pleasant and greets us with a smile! "This Chili's was conveniently located right across the street from our hotel. Our server, Shelby (I believe that was her name), was excellent! We live in OKC and decided to visit this restaurant for lunch at the girls' request, making it our first experience at this location. We started with the chips and salsa, which were served with warm chips and were absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed a Yuengling beer, which was great. The girls ordered the chicken crispers and sliders, and they devoured those! My wife had soup and salad, which were quite tasty as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating. I’ve attached some pictures for you to check out. I took a break for lunch and had a Caesar salad along with a chicken bacon quesadilla and rice—such a huge portion! The management even changed the TV to a basketball game, which was nice. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very pleasant. I will definitely return when I'm in the area!
